Hey, nice videos. You did not make the video about the extractor pin :) I am having problems with it, it keeps popping out of the frame. Do you know how to make it stay in place?
Thanks for the video. Another way to get the block back in without the screwdriver holding it up is to just use the punch to hold it in place as you put the slide on a frame. No barrel or recoil spring is needed. Once it is lined up on the frame, the trigger tab will keep it in place as you remove the punch and install the pin.
Tried your email address and it came back to me. Hopefully you monitor this occassionally. You mention in this vid a competition/lightened firing pin block spring. Where can I find that spring
Hey cobra i have a question about my 84fs cheetah. Do you own one? If not i could ask you the question about your 92. Ill post my question if you acknowledge this post since this video was made 3 yrs ago. Thanks PB
@@CobraReady Hi Cobra, thanks for getting back to me. Maybe you can still try something for me and see how the 92 functions compared to my 84fs. What i noticed on my 84fs is after i decock it the hammer drops and rest on the hammer stop leaving a small gap between the hammer and the firing pin. The pisto is now in double action mode. What i notice on my cheetah is if i slowly squeeze the trigger the hammer will start to draw back and i will hear a CLICK internally. The hammer is still not fully pulled back at this point. If i release the pressure off of the trigger with my finger i notice now the hammer wont rest on the stop but move all the way forward until it rest on the back of the firing pin. Does your 92 do this ? I was trying to find out about why this is happening but havent found anything out on the internet about it, From what i read about the 84fs is that the firing pin block remains in place until the hammer is cocked . Could you try what im explaining on your 92 and tell me if the hammer stops on the stops or moves fully forward when you squeeze the trigger halfway in double action mode and then let off the trigger
Still waiting on the "Firing Pin" removal.
Oh dang. Great video! Just what I needed to see without being overly complex.
Great videos, love the Beretta work. Just subscribed.

Great video, my firing pin is actually stuck in the raised position. So the gun does not fire. I hope removing the block and reinstalling will fix it.
