Decent video. Wish you'd shown more of the West Side restaurants and shops. And TTU has over 10k students, not 8k. But still a good video.

Just found some lovely homes around Cookeville… very close for $225k to $250K price range. Here where I live in Chelan, Wa - I cannot find a decent home under $600K

Cookeville still has homes at all price points. Plus, the area is very affordable. I stop in Cookeville to get gas because its the cheapest. Give us a call if you decide to get serious.

@@wheretolivenashville - Thank you, I sure will! Somebody in the comment's section of another "Why you should move here" youtube video was posting that the homelessness and drug addict problem is getting bad in Cookeville this last year. Is that true? I think they were making it up to try and keep people away.

I agree the change is hard to believe but prices nationally have gone way up since 2020 so it seems like the new norms are just higher than they used to be

Well, no, it's kind of starting to suck. Too many people and too many people coming from out of tow because the surrounding towns suck. It makes traffic terrible, at all times of the day.

Dude is just trying to sell his cheap homes that have a $575k price tag. Watched the foundation work and theyll have continued issues and will cost thousands in repairs from the concrete to the frame.

@@reneebru1 It's a nice place. I lived there about a month ago, I got moved to a foster home in Crossville but I'm trying to go back. I lived there since I was 7 and a half and I'm now 16. The people there are very friendly from what I've noticed and the schools, teachers, and school administrations are great too. Also, there aren't many incidents that happen there and I wouldn't say there is a high rate of homelessness and or people on drugs. Overall it's a nice place and I definitely recommend it.
