You should get Framar Backwards Bibs for the toning station! No toner will get on the cape at all, and makes it super easy to just rip off at the shampoo bowl and throw away 😊 I love them!!
You can also do 10 vol Schwartzcopf and xxl lightner yes. Just ten volume With dedicated developer you really can do 10 volume or even want the 10 is the lowest you can go with the MXXL platinum blonde lightner

Can someone help. I’m blonde however I toned my hair with redken shades eq level 7, how can I remove the toner. I’ve tried a bleach wash and clarifying wash but the bright blonde is still not the same. Any suggestions please

I’m a hairdresser myself & I struggle with a runnier lightener consistency, I take fine sections but sometimes I feel like the foils slip ... with a thicker lightener I feel the foils stick so much better

the darker hair is PERFECT on you
I took a shades class and I asked the lady if the minute for every wash was true or not and she said it's not true because shades has different steps it goes through as it deposits so it should stay on for the full 20 minutes so it can do all of its steps. Of course they always say dry but I only do dry if I'm just toning. If I'm bleaching then toning, I tone on towel dried hair for 20 minutes and I've been a lot happier with my colors since!

Love your videos, Jess! QQ: I am a professional that had another professional cover my gray for the first time. She said she used 6N +6NB SEQ w 10vol and it would fade/last longer than the processing solution . I am not familiar with these products but it is definitely NOT FADING. She took my $350, & has not responded to any of my messages. I have tried Malibu CPR, clarifying shampoo, nothing is fading it& now I have 1/8” gray roots. I am sick. What would you recommend?

I have followed your channel for 4 years now & it’s literally THE BEST OF THE BEST!! Can you tell me how you charge for products/services such as Olaplex? I have known stylists who do not charge extra because they use it on most everyone and they believe it should be used to protect/preserve their clients hair. I think it’s more common though that stylists charge extra for using product such as Olaplex.

How do you comb through the root tap without leaving splotches on the rest of the hair?? This is something I struggle with!
She has olaplex on the mids/ends to act as a barrier! I also never comb the front backwards just to make sure no color gets on the money piece area

This is not related to the video, but have you don’t anything to loose weight after your baby? You look amazing! I had my daughter 7 months ago and eating healthy and I can’t seem to loose any of the weight I gained through out my pregnancy. Thanks. Love your channel! ❤️

Also, some women don’t gain a lot of weight during pregnancy. I was 120 when I conceived my son and a week before he was born, I weighed 135.
I was back to 120 very quickly after I gave birth. It took a month for my tummy skin to shrink back! I still have a teeny amount of loose skin because my abdominal muscles separated 🥺 but 4 years later it’s much better.
We’re almost 8 weeks pregnant now and I’m wondering if I’ll gain more weight with baby number 2!

Are there just zero covid protocols in your salon?
LOL, these are my sisters that I am around every day we are not going to wear masks in front of each other. We have all had Covid at this point so we don’t take as much precaution around each other, this was also on a Sunday when the salon was empty. Paying customers out in the salon wear masks as well as our stylist’s:)

Good explanation, seconding is so important, but application is crucial. As well as the weave. I get so upset with young assistant that I truly appreciate and training and with kid gloves. Next generation values you tube and not real time. Maybe if I share, this 22 year old girl will get it.
