A7, B6, J5 Martian excavator beats lefty by a hair for me. Tomorrow I might feel different. I wish I could pick 2 from the open build category. I think lefty is an amazing build, but Martian excavator gets my vote for having a more daring concept.
A7: Clean paintjob, great use of colors and details. Overall fantastic execution B15: Open was the HARDEST to pick for me; so many people clearly put a lot of amazing effort and skill into their builds, but B15 just...looks like a product photo of a professional statue that you'd buy for hundreds. The kitbash wasn't as ambitious as others; but the execution of the fundamentals, the paint finish, weathering, and most importantly the overall cohesion of the scene was just the best of the lot. Well done. I seriously spent a hour trying to decide. J4: Of all the judge builds I think this was the best executed of the lot.

A10: My whole concept was trying something completely out of left field, and I loved the idea that this be a test kit not only for new skills, but also to just try everything you can think of, coherency be damned! B4: Again with the previous concept, something out of left field, never would have thought of it but executed awesomely. J5: That marbling effect is awesome, I only wish my countertops looked that good! Awesome job for everyone, loved a lot of the designs and tried to judge mostly on the idea, since the idea is what I had going for me.
A6, B7, J2 A6 - The rust and wither effects is very realistic. B7 - The Diorama with all the snow was done really well, and then you added some to the mech. Plus the mech is also showing signs of rust from the snow. Nicely done. J2 - I like the shading on the different parts. The color blue was a good choice in combination with the gray, thus making the blue pop out more. The warm background was an excellent choice as a contrast color to the cool colors used. Honorable Mentions B10 - It pink, compared to the others it stands out a lot. B11 - I like the camouflage design. It also matches the soldiers camo, which is a nice detail.
