For this Trip, we decided to save some time and flew into Nashville versus riding there and back, and hopped on some @eaglerider rentals. Overall, it was a great experience and something a little different than our usual travels...good times!

ABOUT JACK DANIEL'S DISTILLERY
The Distillery is about 75 miles southeast of Nashville, Tennessee. The address is 182 Lynchburg Highway, Lynchburg, TN.
In 1866 The Jack Daniel Distillery is officially established, making it the very first registered distillery within the US, with Jack as the Master Distiller. The opening of his now-famous distillery would follow shortly thereafter, right next to Jack Daniel’s prime resource: the mineral-rich Cave Spring Hollow.

It was so incredibly awesome to meet you all in person and cross paths!!! Thanks for visiting TN & come back soon! Thanks for the shout out on your video! Keep enjoying the journey! 🤘❤️
So great meeting you guys! Always cool to see how things work out when you just wing it! Totally slipped on putting your info in the description, but we just threw it in there! Hope you guys have some great travels ahead. Thanks for the support 🤘🇺🇸
Shout to the Camera Crew, sound Crew, Sound Mixer, Editor, Titles, and everyone who helps put the videos together. Your videos have gotten very slick! 👍
Haha that's all Josh!! Thanks for the support, Ardy! We're always glad to hear all of the work is appreciated. Learning a lot as we go, episode by episode, and always trying new things 🤘
Thanks for mentioning Nearest Green, Jack Daniel's first master distiller. He's the one that actually taught Jack the process of how to make whiskey. History didn't mention him until recently, but thank goodness that has been rectified today. Uncle Nearest distillery is close to Lynchburg and that would make another excellent video.
I've been to Tennessee twice. Once seen an old bikers she'd and almost bought a 1954 pan. Wish I would of bought it now. Just didn't have the money then. Second time was to visit a USAF buddy in Nashville and got to see both the old and new then Grand Old Opre houses. At the new one see all the cast for Hee Haw. Minni Peral and her tag hat. Buck Owen's, Roy Clark and everyone else. It was so awesome 👌.
Pretty cool! We got to see a show there on our last day of the trip which was a great time and awesome way to end the week 👍
here we go
LET'S GOOO!!!
Great place to visit and tour. When I was there last the parking lot was all gravel .... I am glad to see it has been replaced with concrete. THANKS for sharing the ride !!
It sure is!! Thanks for tuning in, Paul👊
Been there, but not on a bike. The History of Jack Daniel’s is very interesting story.
It sure is. We missed out on the tour, but still got to learn some great history walking around for a bit. Great place!
I wish I knew that y'all were in Lynchburg and I would have given you the local tour personally and shown yall some back road rides
Dang, we hope to be back down the line. We get a lot of people reaching out so it's hard to get to every message, but the best way to know where we'll be is to stay tuned on Instagram for more up to date travels 👍
There are a few more distilleries around the area
Great BBQ at the Barrel House.
It sure is. We had a great meal and even got to hang with the owner for a bit. Super cool guy 😎
Jack Daniel's Distillery good memory with my Dad. Need to go again.
Thanks for sharing! A pretty cool place to say the least 👍
Kentucky river, put that on your bucket list. Thanks for sharing, Ride Free
We sure will, thanks for the tip!! Ride free🤘🦅
Been to JD distillery a few times. Great place to get some Jack that isn't sold any place but there.
Definitely a cool spot! We'll have to take a tour next time and spend more time checking it out. Thanks for watching, David!
@@2LaneLife Parents use to live in Nashville area so we would go down there often. Love downtown Nashville. A couple years ago or so they had a bike rally. I think it was before covid hit. Don't know if they ever tried to have another one. But what a great area for a bike rally. Lots to do, and great riding area down there.
Thank’s for sharing great trip. I’m not a Jack Daniel’s fan but enjoy the history of the whiskey 🥃 ( crown guy). Two fingers straight up whiskey 🥃.
Definitely some interesting history, especially throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. As a wise man once said, "the best whiskey is the one you like the most, not the bottle with the fanciest label". We hit up Maker's Mark later in the series as well, and that area is packed with neat history and great views. Thanks for watching, Bo!
Heading towards my back yard. If going to the dragon, a good route is to get on the foothills parkway in Piegon Forge and ride it down to 129, cut up north on 129 and follow the river up 72 to 411 south and get on the Cherohala skyway to Robinsville. Or you can also run back roads from Nashville to Cherohala skyway, ride the dragon, then turn on foot hills parkway and run it into Piegon forge/gatlinburg, then ride 411 though the national park to cherokee. Tons of good roads out here. Loved the video.stay safe.
Thanks for checking out the vid! Yup, we spent the night in Tellico Plains then hopped on the Cherohala Skyway bright and early into Robinsville and hit up the Dragon on our way to Cave City for the night. Such a great ride, and the weather was perfect
Been to Nashville a couple of times. The Johnny Cash museum is a cool place to see. There's the Country music Hall of Fame too. In Hendersonville (about 30 minutes North East of Nashville) is where Johnny Cash lived. In the late 80s me and a bud visited the Jack Daniels, Makers Mark, George Dickel and Jim Beam distilleries. At one of the distilleries, we got a meal ticket and had a huge lunch at a local place. There were about 12 of us gathered around a big table chowing down swapping stories. Good times.
It sure is! That was a first for us, and a great time was had by all. We didn't film the first night out on the town, but it was pretty wild. The streets were shut down and it was packed from light to light. We would have loved to go see the Johnny Cash house, but weren't able to fit it in this time around. Sounds like you guys had a great time as well! We hit up the Maker's Mark distillery when we got into Kentucky and that was a real treat!
Thanks for tuning in, Scott 🤘
I was stationed at Ft Campbell Kentucky, in 1966. We would spend weekends in Nashville. It was wide open and wild in those days. Best time of my life!
Wow!! Thanks for sharing, and thank you for your service! That must've been wild back in the day 🇺🇸
Great video and yes Jack Daniel distillery is awesome and it was a great tour
We'll have to take the tour next time we're in the area. Such great history!
One of the best places ever
Good times had by all!!
Welcome to the South! Enjoy the ride with the crew and Ladies. Sure looks like y'all are having fun. Maybe a little Tail of the Dragon to come?
Thanks Michael!! Yup, Tail of the Dragon is in Episode 3..see ya there!
When those girls passed by at the end of the video, I know Josh was like 😳😎😂
Yet another great drop, and I’m looking forward to the rest of the series!
Haha the camera only strayed momentarily...but sometimes duty calls 😂🤘
Thanks for watching, Braddon! Can't wait to get the rest out!
Your videos give me such great vibes hope to once day "see you down the road" and hell if not I still going to watch. Keep having fun out there.
Thanks for the inspiration, Derek!! Glad you're enjoying the videos. We hope to see ya down the road😎
Great vídeo. Regards from Barcelona , Spain
Thanks for watching! 🇪🇸🤘🇺🇸
Great video I spent 3 weeks riding the area I didn't make it to the jd distillery saving that for the next trip down to Tennessee did make it to Maggie Valley NC to wheels through time museum and rode tail of the dragon the great smokey mtns are beautiful that whole part of the country is breathtaking
Thanks for watching, OG!! We missed Maggie Valley and the museum this time around but hope to make it back to see some more next time around. Tail of the Dragon and Smokey Mountains were incredible. We show some of that in episode 3..stay tuned!
I don't know if anyone told you but the Nearest Green Distillery is in Shelbyville, Tn. Its not very far from Jack Daniels and it's very neat to see as well. Next time you should go!
Yup, we ended up passing by it! Thanks for the info, Jamie. We hope to make it back sometime down the road and see all of the things we missed in the area 👍
I’ve just got into UA-cam motorcycle videos in the past couple of months and discovered your channel a few weeks ago. Really enjoying it. Wish I had stumbled across it before your Lynchburg trip. I only live about 15 miles from there. By the way you gotta wear the western hat when in Nashville. Ride safe guys!
We're glad to hear you're enjoying the channel, thanks for the support Ernie! That was one of our favorite trips out to TN/KY and we hope to make it back there again to do some more exploring. See ya down the road!
Great video ✌️. Now time for some Jack🥃
Oh yea!! Thanks for watching👍
I’ve been to the Jack Daniels distillery. Love to ride Tennessee!
Definitely a good time! Gonna have to take the tour next time we're there. Tennessee sure had some great riding👍
As I'm sitting passing time at work, watching this episode and low and behold, UPS drops off my new Saddlemen seat has arrived. Divine intervention. Great Episode again.
Wohoo!! Love to see it! Hopefully the seat is just what you were looking for. Thanks for watching, see ya on the next one!
ThunderMax is north of Nashville in White House. Outcast Culture (Travis Calhoun) is in the Knoxville area. Oh and the Bass Pro in Memphis is actually pretty cool, they have the largest free standing elevators you can ride to the observation deck.
All good stuff!
Laura looks tanked at the end of the video! Hahahahahaha awesome video!
Haha Nashville did it's thing!! Thanks for watching Brad👍
Boswells is my lunch stop once or twice a week. Lynchburg is a ride I do often. Nice to see you in my stomping grounds.
Awesome!! We wish we would've known beforehand so we could eat there! Next time around..
Thanks for watching!
@@2LaneLife Boswells at Fesslers Lane is one of only two Harley dealerships nationwide with a grill inside the dealership. They have great food too.
Have fun 👍
We sure did! Thanks, Wayne 😎
Great job as always!
Thanks Jim!!
You guys have to come back to Kentucky and ride the bourbon trail. You can do a tour and tasting at many different distillery. Great back roads for good riding
Yup, we checked out a few distilleries later in the week when we made it to Kentucky. Stay tuned for the rest of the series. Thanks for watching!
Running late tonight so missed the premier. Finally caught up. Great to see the ladies joining you guys. Few of my favourite things in tonight’s vid, the open road, Harleys and JD.

Great video as always..I work in the liquor business at Total Wine in Htown...we sell alot of JD.....looking forward to next video..Giddyup
Thanks for watching, Dave!! Plenty more on the way👍
You can do a sampling tour at JD distillery. Great spot!
Right on, good to know! We were told otherwise, but that may be on the tour which we didn't end up making time for. Thanks for watching David, glad you enjoyed it!
@@2LaneLife It is on the tour. Takes about 90 minutes. Great tour!! Gives u a lot of info about JD. Even shows u safe JD broke his toe on and stream every bottle of JD comes from. Tasting after
I have a neat story in the same theme. Not Harleys though but bicycles. I grew up in Fayetteville Tennessee approximately 15 miles from Lynchburg. At age 14 a friend and I road bicycles from my house to Lynchburg on the 2 lane highway. We toured the distillery, ate lunch at Miss Bobo's then road home.
Good stuff!! That's pretty dang cool. The views out along those 2Lane roads are spectacular🤘
Great vid guys, really enjoyed this...
Thanks for tuning in!! Can't wait to make it back out that way👍
Talk about a major one on my bucket list! Lynchburg, Nashville, The Dragon, oh my God this will happen! Awesome as always guys! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
They hands down earned those spots on the list! Pretty awesome out there, and the Tail of the Dragon did not disappoint. That episode drops in 2 weeks! Thanks for the support, Patric🤘
That Time Again....A New Adventure more Riding And Lots of Fun.

You know it! Good times on two wheels👊
Hahaha man we follow the same areas, i was just down in Columbus South Carolina for my sons wedding, came threw the smokies, all though I have been there before on my bike, this time I was in my truck, I had limited time, some day when I have more time I will travel down there again, another great video, and i a sure u guys know this but u got a couple great ladies there
Maybe we'll see ya down the road at some point! All great areas. We love our ladies and the fact that they enjoy these trips so much! Thanks for watching, John 👍
Sorry I missed you guys. Ride that route a couple times a year as I live in Franklin, TN.
All good! That was some great riding, we can't wait to make it back to TN👍
I like Jack Daniels and I like Harley-Davidson another great video from you guys.
Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪🍻 🇺🇸

We definitely plan to make it back there eventually! We loved it out there. Thanks for watching, Victor!
Just want to say it was amazing meeting you guys yesterday .My name is Karen aka Kleigh
It was great meeting you guys! Thanks for coming up and saying hello!
What a great drop. Travelling there in November, thanks for the insight. Well done to you all.
Thanks, Steven!! It sure is a great time out there. Lots to see in the surrounding areas as well. Plenty more to come🤘
Jack Daniels was a fun place to visit.
It sure was! Such a great property with lots to see. Thanks for watching, Daniel👍
FYI: Tennessee earned the nickname "Volunteer State" after the state’s overwhelming involvement in the War of 1812. A little over 15 years after gaining statehood in 1796, patriotic Tennesseans were eager to participate in the war effort. With General Andrew Jackson - a fellow Tennessean - leading the charge, over 1,500 soldiers stepped up to the plate. This was especially true in the Battle of New Orleans, the final major battle of the war, where American troops defeated the British with overwhelming help from those helpful Tennesseans.
Thanks for the extra insight, Joe!! Pretty neat stuff👍
@@2LaneLife you also might be interested to know that that famous limestone cave where Jack Daniel distillery gets its water is home to the largest gray bat population in the eastern US. Maybe it's all that bat guano which gives the sour mash whiskey its unique taste? Still love Jack Daniel's anyway.
Another awesome video from 2LaneLife! Can't wait to see all the vids from this trip!
Thanks for watching, Chad!! Plenty more on the way👍
In my backyard. Me and my buddy just rode from Kentucky to Nashville, to Lynchburg and on down to Huntsville Al. Next day up to the Chattanooga area (Top of the Rock) and back to Kentucky. Just beautiful down here in the south. LOVE your films.
Right on!! We had such a great time riding out there and can't wait to share the rest of the trip! Thanks for the support, Jeff!
You absolutely can do a tasting tour. I did one yesterday.
Awesome!! Yes we found that out after the fact
Great content as always...keep the videos coming boys!!
Thanks Rippr!! Super stoked to get the rest of this series going! See ya there 🤘
killing the videos guys
Thanks Anthony, glad you're diggin' them!!
Great vlog., your helmet audio is fantastic!
Thanks for watching, Dean! We've definitely tried a handful of different setups for the helmet audio and found a combo that seems to work for the time being. Thanks for the input👍
Great JAck Damian’s episode. Been there 3 or 4 times. They use to have a tour that you could do a sampling. But you had to sigh up early it sells out. Can’t wait for the tail of dragon. I plan on trying to get there next summer. Keep up the great shows.
Thanks, Legendary One! Sounds like we should have done the tour, but luckily we got to tour the Maker's Mark facility in Kentucky and got to experience tasting and history there. Tail of the Dragon was awesome!!
Great ride! Last summer hit all those places as well! If u go through Kentucky, Four Rivers Harley Davidson in Puducah a great stop. Crossing the confluence of the Mississippi and Ohio rivers was great! Love your vlogs, keep sharing your adventures with us!
It sure was! Thanks for the tip, we'll have to check that out next time we're in the area. Glad you're diggin' the videos, we'll keep 'em coming!
You guys are the absolute best. So fun to watch, especially when the wives are out. Can't wait to see what's next! 😃🙌
Thanks @Baggertrash13 !!! Always fun having the ladies along for the ride. Thanks for the support! Plenty more on the way🤘
Hey guys looks like you have beautiful weather. I’m with you guys about not having an itinerary when your on your bikes. It’s a lot more fun. More times than not it works out. Enjoy!
We definitely hit some great weather the entire trip! Always a good time just wingin' it🤘
Had to do a shot of Jack after watching this! Good stuff

Hey just want to say I have been looking forward to this series just like I do all the others but this one is a little closer to home for me. Really enjoyed the first one and it was funny to see Josh get distracted on the Camera in Nashville Lol Thanks again and Stay Safe out there , Have a great weekend
Glad to hear it, Cathy!! We had an absolute blast out there. Such a beautiful part of the country. Haha he's been known to get "distracted" from time to time...it happens😂
I am glad to see you guys covered Lynchburg, but man you missed a great opportunity to eat at Miss Mary Bobos, the history at that restaurant alone is worth exploring not to mention the food is absolutely incredible. Oh well maybe next time. Love your content. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for watching, Keith! Hard to see everything, and hard to get to all of the messages telling us where to go, so we just wing it and do what sounds fun. Definitely on the list next time around!
Thanks for the support🙌
Love all the great places and ideas when tripping in the states again from Aussie! Your videos are awesome and entertaining, keep up the great work.
Thanks for coming along for the ride, Wayne!! We'll keep the adventures rolling👊
Keep up the wonderful content gentleman!
We sure will!! Thanks guys 🙌
Your gonna love it in East Tennessee I know it I live here
We hope to make it back out there to do some more exploring at some point. Such a great state 😎
It is need to check the rattle snake
It's called the snake 421 better than the tail of dragon in my opinion but if you go to the tail they have some movie spots from the movie Fugitive and Bryson city has the train wreck from same movie Harrison Ford
You guys are awesome 🤣 very inspiring i had to get my Harley out of the shed (she was there for 3 years) and clean it up to start riding everyday again. 🤟🏽keep it up!!
Glad to hear you could get back out there! Thanks for tuning in, ride safe🤘
Great video guys. So happy y’all spent time in our great state. I was wondering though if y’all did the tour at Jack Daniels? We did it in April and we sampled 5 bourbons at the end.
Thanks Limitedlifestyle!! We loved it out there. We didn't end up doing the tour, but looking back we wish we did. Still a good time and we got to learn some great history and go home with some bottles. Good to know you can get some samples after the tour! Guess you just can't order liquor there, but can do a sampling. Good stuff!
Thanks for watching!👍
My wife and I love Nashville we live in Ohio and make the trip there 3 or 4 times a year. The whole state of Tennessee is beautiful. Smokey Mountain Harley is a nice dealership they have a sister store in Pigeon Forge that is nice also
Right on!! Nashville was definitely a good time and there's lots to see in the surrounding areas. We missed out on seeing Smokey Mountain Harley, but we'll definitely be back there after seeing that part of the country. Thanks for watching!
Nashville is on my bucket list..looks like a good time is the south..Hit Buffalo Trace distillery in Kentucky..
Definitely one for the list, we had a great time out there and still have a lot more to see. We missed out on the Buffalo Trace Distillery, but we did take a full tour of the Maker's Mark Distillery when we rolled into Kentucky later in the series. Thanks for watching, Warren 🤘
They have tours at the distillery where you get to taste at the end. You have to do one of the tours if you go.
Right on! We missed out on the tour this time around, but we'll definitely make it back eventually to do a tour and tasting there. We got to do both at Maker's Mark in Loretto KY a few days later and had a great time👍
Jack Daniels has a tasteing tour you can go on.
We missed out! Definitely should have taken the tour, but luckily we were able to tour the Maker's Mark distillery in Kentucky a few days later and do a tasting there. Thanks for watching, Mark👍
You guys should have taken the tasting tour at JD!
Shoulda, coulda, woulda! Next time. What we saw was cool, so there's gotta be tons more to see on the tour👍
I’ll be in riding in Tennessee in November. Going to put JD in the list.
It's a must! We missed the tour, but it sounds like that's the way to do it. Thanks for watching, Dwight👍
Sorry I missed ya, you were in my neck of the woods. I would have loved to ride with ya. See ya down the road one day.
It was a great neck of the woods to be in! We'll be back again down the line and hope to see ya down the road. Thanks for watching👍
I went to the JD distillery back in 2015 and had a blast. We did the tour throughout the distillery and went into the Jack Bar and had samples but I'm guessing it might have changed. Wish I did it on a bike.. miss the States! Loving your videos 📹 keep it up 👊🏾
Good stuff! We've had a lot of comments saying that they still do tastings during the tour, so it seems like that's the case, you just can't order a shot of it. We hope to make it back there eventually to do a tour, but luckily we were able to do a full tour of the Maker's Mark distillery when we rolled into Kentucky. Definitely a great ride on the bike! Thanks for watching🤘
Well done!! Gotta love those Museums!!... P.S. Nice that the Girls often join you two! My GF will often jump on the back for quick rides on Vancouver Island, but is hesitant about longer day rides? HHhmmm.. Maybe time to upgrade my machine??
Thanks Craig! Always cool checking out museums and local history. We always love having the wives along for the ride, it's definitely a great way to spend time together. Sounds like it might be time for a bagger and a big 'ol passenger seat!
You guys enjoy Arizona? One of the best books ever written about Arizona Wild West History, in my opinion is "Ghosts Of The Adobe Walls" by American Author: Nell Mubarger!!
Go up the road to Louisville, KY and check out the Jim Beam distillery they'll let you taste test the product :)
We hit up a full tour at the Maker's Mark Distillery and had a great tasting at the end. It sounds like you can actually do tastings at Jack Daniels, but only on a tour
Nice

Tennessee is the Volunteer state because of being volunteers in the War of 1812 and the Mexican American War in 1848 not the Civil War.
Got it, thanks for the info!👍
Great content brothers! Hey we’ve got one of our own in need. Don’t know if you’re sub’d with Itchymoche n Vee….. great brother in Ohio, been giving us great content along time, great stories to share. Check out his latest video. His wife’s really been battling. Thanks bro.
It was the Texas/Mexico war, not the civil war. Funny thing about the white house that is on the property is that it is a speak easy. I have done the tour of the distillery 22 times.
👆us Texans are are appreciative of our Tennessee brothers and sisters
Yes that is correct but it's also as we read due to the Volunteering in all conflicts including the Texas/Mexica and the Civil War.
"The lecture will explore how over the course of several decades, Tennessee earned the Volunteer State nickname because of Tennessean’s eagerness to step forward to serve in times of war."
Hi guys class video as allways. Did yous change your bikes guys??
Thanks for watching, Nigel! Nope, we rented EagleRiders for this trip so we could spend more time exploring that region and make it back to the shop. Pretty cool experience being able to cross the country in 4hrs vs 4 days and then just hop right on some bikes!
