Thank you very interesting especially with Landr mastering
however a lot of the extras on offer are free elsewhere such as Spitfire labs Ab light,, etc etc and free samples these days is not really a big deal but also I ain’t sure if Landr keep tabs on you audience feed back email lists at moment think I would certainly sleep on it big time never jump in without checking out what the deal don’t give you
Don’t want to say I don’t agree with you but are you honestly hand on heart using Landr for the future

Two questions - how is the customer service response time? I sent a couple emails with questions because I'm about to sign up. But it took over a week for them to respond to each one.
Also, technically what is a "sample"? I know that Apple loops are prohibited, as well as loops obtained wherever on the Internet. I record with GarageBand and I do not use any loops. But GarageBand does have drum sounds (again, not patterns or loops) that can be triggered using a midi keyboard. so if I want four on the floor for something, I'll just play that note on my midi keyboard on beat and maybe quantize it. Would Lander decide that garage band drum sounds played by hand on a midi keyboard are "samples"?

Customer service does take a while because you are dealing with real people instead of a big company.

Why do you assume you are not getting 100% of your royalties
