My Grandfather who is Australian was in this movie. Hahaha he told me the story of his life exploring the world and finding out he was an extra for this film really made me proud. His name is Richard Brett Schnider. I love you party
It's a shame that it ends so immediately after that. No final moment of regret for Jim Brown? No ride off into the sunset? Almost feels like they ran out of time for filming.
There's a scene where soldiers are lined up waiting for a serving of gruel, and the camera lingers a bit on the guy at the back of the line. Look closely and tell me that's not Clint.
Does anyone have the extended European cut that was aired on European television? It seems like the only version available is the American one. In the extended cut, there is a love scene between Mariana Hill and Jim Brown. Some more violence, too, I think.
Is there a remastered version of this on DVD now ? .............. I have the original, but like this trailer it is low quality ................. I love this Western, well above average.
+DAIL MCDAVID They cut that scene out for American VHS and DVD releases. The version aired on the cinema and on European television included it though. Maybe it's available on European VHS tapes? I'm still trying to hunt them down to see if the longer version exists. It was never released on VHS in the UK (I watched it on TV) but it was certainly released in Spain and Sweden.

The ending legitimately shocked me. I consider this Lee Van Cleef's best performance.
+Mauve Avenger I agree, he's amazing in this film!!

that damn John Guillermin was crazy to direct his movies
Saw this back in 1970. I think this was a certificate X because of the nudity. I was only 15 and thought it was great !!
Personal fav, something missing to make it great, but, that's the 70's for ya, not a lot of empathy 😆👍🏾
This wasn't a great movie, but Lee was great, and it was a different character from what he's best known for.

Dr. Helen Noel goes through the Guardian of Forever to return to 19th century Mexico, falls in love with Jim Brown...
Great movie :)

+The Man With a Name nope :(
The Man With a Name
Some great scenes in this film of sex and violence. The film can be bought quite cheaply on Amazon or Ebay. Its worth the money.
1970 was a banner year for violent ridden westerns, and south of the border conflicts, like The Adventurers and El Condor.
O trailer entrega todo o plot do filme kkkkkkkk
Pourra t 'on un jour visionner ce film en dvd et en version française ?

Where is the full movie?
Isn't this 'Spaghetti Western' had a British actor who played a Mexican general?
