- Now it's time to continue this series on Genshin Impact Characters talking about their visions. And this time I'll be presenting all of the Liyue characters!!

The fact that it’s confirmed that it’s not the Archons giving out visions, but most of the characters believe it anyway.

So did Neuvilette give Furina her vision or not?
Archons do give out visions, which is already proven in Neuvillette’s voicelines, where they are unaware of what the process of giving out a vision is happening and what is happening to the vision wielder, but still give out a portion of their power for Celestia to create the vision

Pretty sure, most people would use Cryo-visions to freeze lakes at night and then watch the confusion unfold (at least that's what I would do).
I feel like only Zhongli and Venti actually
know what visions are but they can’t say it. Zhongli says it’s like a contract and it has price, pretty sure it’s not just responsibilities. There’s more to it
Xiao questions whether visions are given to humans and Adepti for the same purpose, but Adepti know humans have a higher purpose in Teyvat than Adepti.
Therefore, being one, I think Zhongli knows FOR SURE why Adepti have an their inner eye or how beasts receive one, basically their vision which reflects in Xianyun's voiceline, but for humans, I don't know, maybe he does, maybe he has his suspicions, maybe he doesn't, but he for sure knows about the deal. He has a voice line that goes: ''I see. Using a Vision harnesses elements. As far as the common folk are concerned, this is no small feat. So... back then... they were aware of this as they stood beside me...'' who are ''they'' we don't know.

If i was in genshin impact, i would have the Anemo Visions or Pyro Vision from of Nations of liyue, Mondstadt, Sumeru, Fontaine, Inazuma natlan, Snezhnaya
I saw some theories that Visions are basically ways of Celestia keeping people that could easily rebel against them in check, vision wielders are ambitious individuals, and ambition is what led to Khaenri’ah and its citizens creating ruin machines without the need of a god.
Celestia was afraid that Khaenri’ah would become too powerful so they destroyed it as a result, the same goes for the many other civilisations that were destroyed by Celestia using the nails, which led to the existence of Dragonspine, Tsurumi Island’s fog, The Chasm and the Sumeru Desert. It’s still unknown if Fontaine has had this happen somewhere, maybe we’ll see in the future.
The Visions are theorised to be Celestia’s “eyes” over ambitious people, which would explain the name “Vision”, if one vision wielder or multiple of them plan to go against Celestia, Celestia will already be aware because they can see everything through visions. Then they will simply just yoink the visions of anyone trying to rebel against them and then those people will lose their ambitions, becoming husks of their former selves, as shown in the Inazuma Archon Quest.
These vision wielders no longer have ambition to drive them, so they’ll stop rebelling against Celestia. So visions at least in theory, are a countermeasure that Celestia has put in place just in case anybody wants to go against them, and they have disguised them as blessings from the gods by allowing the wielders to have special powers, with these cool abilities nobody would question a vision’s true purpose, as they’d think it’s just recognition from the gods and that they’ve been blessed with a fraction of their abilities as a result.

Maybe because all of the trouble she went through were not actually beyond her human limits, meaning, she's so fucking badass she didn't reach the threshold to need one.
Visions probaly need something more than just determination, maybe a potential?
