- so fuckin happy with how smooth this went. i dont think i can be faster without using heroics but i'm not about that life so for now this is my final run.

Not only Speedrunning a strong monster, but *also* using something that ISNT a longsword! An the greatsword no less! Truly based run and runner
Long sword is one of the top 5 worst weapons for speed running, people just use it for more stylish runs but for times gs is a lot better

How can you precisely tell the safe angle and position when he dives?
whichever hand he raises first during the roar is the side he'll slam into, but if you're simply in front of his head you'll never get hit lol.
I wanna see you doing these on a berserker armor mod, that would look seriously cool

Even though I play MHR now, world will always hold a special place in my heart for really getting me into Monster hunter. I had MH 3 ultimate on 3DS for years before playing world and world just clicked.

Why use quick sheets and focus on greatsword?
they're both great skills to have on greatsword, and correct me if i'm wrong but without quick sheath and especially focus i wouldn't be able to time certain attacks properly
@@NeighborNova i didn't know greatsword had any attacks that sheathed and i forgot that focus reduces charge time ngl i only thought it increased gauge fill rate. what greatsword stuff sheaths it?
@@shai4830 no attacks sheaths the weapon but it's always nice to quickly sheath after a draw attack

Hey just wondering are you only charging up to 2 and not 3 for the super charged slashed or whatever?
you only need to charge twice when you've done the previous charged attacks beforehand. it's when you skip to TCS via tackling or slinger bursting you need to charge 3 times

honestly i just guessed correctly LMAO but its possible that after the first two left roar attacks he goes for a right on the third try. i could be wrong tho.

You could predict this as ruiner only does this move 5 times a fight, twice with his left claw, twice with his right and once with his head. Ruiner already did all his left claws and the head so it had to be right this time

@@NeighborNova almost. Its alwas 2 left, 2 right and 1 "tracking" one in the hunt. So u basically had a 2 in 3 chance that worked out beautifully
