Not to nit pick, just FYI for other's to know, even though Sri Lankan airlines technically flies to 56 counties and 100+ destinations more than half of them are under code sharing agreements. Sri Lankan airline flight attendants does NOT get to fly on code sharing flights.

The mass and balance is always calculated before takeoff, if its aft of the limits the aircraft cannot take off. The take off weight and center of gravity has to be entered into the FMGC(airplane's brain) to calculate the Take-off speeds V1,VR,V2 and to determine whether the plane will fit within limits of the maximum landing weight. The dispatcher handsover the dispatch sheet and captain completes the loadsheet to calculate manually but this procedure depends on the airline.The reason you have to pay for more baggage is because once you get heavier the aircraft burns more fuel and more fuel has to be uplifted inorder to get to the destination.

You are right about countries like England , France and Germany etc majority is native people. , its multicultural in main cites specially certain parts of Londonnot alk , but when you go out of London or certain parts of London you are the odd one out .
