Clutching is so important with these engines. I spent weeks trying to get it right with my 670 swapped fl350. So many sharpie marks on my primary and secondary. Was doing so many street runs the neighbors called the cops.😂
My favorite build of yours 👍 I would recommend a back rest on the seat, that way your butt takes all the force and you're not hanging on with the handle bars.
Do you think that engine was a good choice im about to use the same one for a cross kart/ dune buggy build, I don’t know if it’s going to be enough power?
Great build man! This is going to help me create my future project. A Snomotrike! Basically I wanna do a 600 triple in a Honda three wheeler frame. Good stuff!
Its beautiful! The new look offers practicality like never before. Drag racing...obviously. A first date, why not. Doughnut run...bam done! Romantic stroll on the beach...perfect. Black tie affairs...Bond would be jealous.
The thing I'd worry about is the steering at high speed. I know the motor is capable of taking you over a hundred miles an hour, just not sure about the rest of it. Cheers!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for not saying, "without further adieu" like every effing person on YT that has apparently forgotten that there are *other ways* to transition out of your intro. Also the paint is way sick.
Great job buddy!! I wish your videos got more views, I share them quite often. That 2k clearcoat is definitely the best for hobby or diy use. I repaineda whole fender on my F250 with duplicolor paint and the 360 2k clear, and the difference between my paint and the dealer paint is minimal (in terms of appearance). Thanks for the great content, keep it up bud!!!
Bring those clutches to someone who knows what there doing ....if its not shifting into top gear there is a problem ...all in all wicked build kid awesome keep up the great work cheers
The best solution for a coating, for this machine, is Steel-It, in spray bombs. You can weld right through it, and touch up the finish, once a weld cools down. Maybe cut that radiator fairing's openings out completely, and attach mesh from the back/inside.
Looks mint bro, same paint for the top of the engine to finish her off ,and maybe some fairing on the nose ,bit of aerodynamics ,and superbike winglet's for wheelie control 😎
You'll need to talk to someone who builds the snomo drag wheelers. Launching has everything to do with the clutch weights and springs on the secondary. Yes you need the proper sprocket. Probably not that big sprocket. You have 100+ horses to pull you.
I'm a little confused. You put the Radiator up on the top near the handlebars to give it much better airflow for cooling, then you stuffed it in farings that reduced the airflow 50%?
Instead of just going larger on your rear sprocket. you can also go SMALLER on your front sprocket, and that steps it down too, by a LOT. What I did with mine is run a 'jack shaft"-- so that I wouldn't have such a huge rear sprocket on the axle; since you can step it down twice with the two shafts.
@@VasilyBuilds Right on.. I have an 11 tooth on mine. and It's too small really. It causes the chain to heat up super fast since it has to turn so sharp. If it was for offroading-- you would want to add a jack shaft to give you more ground clearance. But if this thing only lives on the track or street-- it probably won't matter. Having your rear sprocket so close to the ground can still be annoying though. It doesn't take much to bend it if you hit a rock or even a speed bump.
Awesome ride, please get some gear when testing. I remember when you broke your tibia a while back and I wrote you then cause mine was broken at same time. I am quit a bit older and breaks take a lot longer to get better. I would hate to see you get hurt again.
Like it's just so you know next time you screw around with some gering the smaller the back sprocket the faster you go the bigger the back sprocket the more torque you get 4 idiots a bigger the back sprocket the slower the bike will go but it will climb everything 2004 Honda trx400ex change the rear sprocket from 38 to 36 went from 75 miles an hour to 90 mph
So, with larger rear sprocket you’re losing top speed but gaining torque down low. That large sprocket could touch the ground with those tires. How about dropping the front sprocket a tooth or two.
Bro your a beast I want you to build my formula one car with a better faster motor I’d be happy to send it to ya if u wanna make some cool content swapping it and send it back or I’ll sell it for 7k it’s a 1970 lotus formula 1 race car
I honestly dont get it. larger rear sprocket is for more torque less speed!!!!!!!! smaller rear more speed less torque!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its basic mechanics not rocket science!!!!!
@@diamond71ns eh something like that. He will definitely lose top end speed but what he loses in the top end he’ll gain on take off. If that makes any sense.
That paint looks Great.(I've been looking at it for months, and debating on doing a bike with it.Glad you showed it off so well).I'm with 'notimegarage8632' on changing the weights in the Driver a couple ounces. The weight kits aren't expensive, and allot easier to test than changing your gears and chain.>Happy Freedom Day everyone!

Nice colour on the chassis! Keep up the great vids! Cheers from the Netherlands!

That paint looks amazing! Your build is looking sweet. Coming along nicely. Great work 👏,👍
You can also chang the waights in the clutching that would prob be better then changing the sprocket!
MAAAAANNNNNN THAT THING WAS FLYING!!!😮 And that end shot, with the storm in the background😍😍😍😍👌👌👌👌👌
This monster is amazing with this paint and front grill. Love the sound of this engine!
Keep the vids coming dude !
It looks so good 😍 mess with the spring and weights, so you dont have to run the massive sproket
Exactly what I was about to say!
Can't wait to see it at the track 👍
I appreciate all of the different content builds on this channel
There is so much tuning capabilities with a snowmobile clutch. Both the driven and secondary.
The paint job looks sick! I think cars&cameras used the same front wheels on their dragster.
@8:48 HOLY💩!!!!! She tore out of the hole like serious money is on the line!
Sweet quad can’t wait to see you at the 1/8th
Dude that paint is awesome!!!
Stay safe out there!
Paint looks very nice, love all your 2 stroke builds 🤩
What an ANGRY looking sky!! 😳🥺😡😡🌩💥 Great build, Vasily! 🙂
Man there are so many good UA-camrs putting out consistent entertaining vids! Hard to keep up!!
keep it up

Great upload vastly, with you, vgg and rather be welding I can survive the wait between the much rarer allen millyard uploads, keep em coming mate

It’s so green and lush this time of the year in Mexico 👍😂

And you need to do something with the pull handle dragging the ground.

Go with a smaller front sprocket and a larger rear sprocket. Don't over size the rear. Reducing the front will increase your rmp.
I’ve got an 40t Rental Sproket 525 I’ll send it out if it’ll help bud. Bought it for my zx10r wrong size.
damn that thing scoots pretty good
Sick build man keep it up!
That's cool. You gonna whoop up on that Banshee now???
I use the 2k max works very good like you mentioned.
You should do a toolbox/shop tour
What about panelling the whole quad to improve aerodynamics?
I'm a little confused. You put the Radiator up on the top near the handlebars to give it much better airflow for cooling, then you stuffed it in farings that reduced the airflow 50%?
Dude sick paint
Again call Flannery Motorsports and built a XCR 800 Triple and Doug's pipes! Same engine case bolt pattern and engine design
Have you done any work to the clutch like changing the ramp or weights
Nice work man!
It is so light, if it's not carrying the front tire out of the whole? Then it's not geared correctly for the 1/8.
It really needs the fart can mufflers after the expansion chambers😂
Love the color
I run a 96 tooth rear sprocket on my snomo drag quads
bro make a chain gaurd pls. If that thing breaks your gonna be glizzyless
Badass bro great work 💪😎🔥
Sick!
So do the handlebars make it a quad?
Keep it up. Good stuff here
Just leave it geared a bit tall and give it wet bump of nitrous. 20 shot. 😁
If I’m using that color shift spray paint I don’t need a black base coat if I’m already using black primer correct?
Yes
Why not change the clutching also?
The guy I got it from clutched it for me
@@VasilyBuilds needs better clutching. It’s not leaving nearly hard enough
Could use a 100hp turbo
Why exactly are you using a CVT?
Put a clutch guard on that before you get killed or maimed!!!!!!!!!!

I’m watching and intrigued! Wanna race a baby cub (421cc)in the sand at SIlVER LAKE SAND DUNES?? Hit me up brosky
pulley to heavy??
Get rid of that belt clutch do chain
Cool 😎 !
Sick 😫 🎉
You said a bad word! 😂
imagine taking it to a track

need to make the pipes look all new and shiny next
Go again 96/15
I'm not going to lie to yo bro that thang is slow I bet that banshee dirtbike would eat that thang alive. Ik it would. Maybe even the gocart to lol
To me, it sounds like your clutch is slipping.🙆🙋
Get leathers and wear them. Trust me.

Take that motor off and throw it in the trash and put a crotch rocket motor on it something like a cbr900 motor
Cut your tig wire in half atleast bruh..
To much parasitic loss on that belt clutch doohickey...

Yeah with it being a drag quad he needs more torque to get off the line faster, if it was a top speed build then he would need more top end speed.
@@Cody_4 so slow down to go faster.

Know it’s a good day when vasily uploads
Man that thing looks so sick with that paint job..... great work brother!!!!
Ur amazing dude
the size of that sprocket 💀
Looks great, but still seems like it's geared too high (especially for 1/8th mile pulls). Curious to see what it will actually do on the strip!😉
