Good day, What about a situation were there have been disciplinary cases before and during mine were employees were allowed to be represented by shop stewards who are not employees of my organisation but i was denied representation of shop stewards who are not employees of my organisation and they have never been no communication from HR that stipulates that union representation by non employees shop stewards is not allowed. can i question the precedence and consistency in handling disciplinary hearings because similar cases should be treated the same?
