    As a Muslim having only small portion mentioned in Quran about Job(Ayyub Nabi) I learnt complete message of Job from Bible.
    I was astonished when i found one beautiful spell he once made, which each Muslim practiced to utter upon hearing message of death any time. Any body can check with any Muslim, what they spell as soon as they hear death message. That is Verse 1:21 of Job. God bless All believers of God.

      Do you not understand your quaran is a contradiction to the the Torah? Do you Muslims not analyze and find truth? God's name is not Allah and Muhammad was never mentioned 1 time in the Bible Immanuel was though in the book of Daniel isuah, jeremiah, ezikiel, all promise 1 name who is salvation who's books has been proven and dated to prophecy far before the events Immanuel means God with us or god incarnate and God promised he would come and teach. Yhwh or jahova is written in the Torah and in our dna not Allah..Allah is never mentioned is God a contradiction? If God is love in the Torah and in the quaran god is not love then which one is a worthy God? Do you know how i find truth? By the 53 archeology sites confirmed scripture the lost 12 tribes located the prophecy that happened before the events and the dead sea scrolls dated and verified the bible unmanipulated. God said life is in the blood then we discovered dna. God said he formed us of the dust science verifies the flesh and dust has the same elements. I can write all day on these verified truths. God said through his word all things were made even this CAn be proven the moment of the so called big bang time space and matter manifested but scientist purposely left out 1 part of the equation. Math.. all things were created by God's word hence math is a language..the moment the clock started the moment matter took to shape and form ..energy .. space able to be measured the moment everything came to exsist was the moment math manifested as well. Math is a language that we use to program computers to understand language. And everything in exsistance is math math is a language which proves language exsisted hence God created all things by his word.. time space matter and God's word math bound by its laws the moment everything manifested. It also means laws didnt start coming into exsistance over long periods of time they exsisted. And torah was given to discover these truths. the Torah Says without the shedding of blood there can be no remission of sin and in the Torah god makes clear he's tired of rams blood and ox blood. So u follow a prophet to a dead end? does the Torah say let us make man in our image? Yup. And through out the old testament is the telling and retelling of christ and the end. In Isiah God declares he told the end from the beginning so someone discovered the 1st word of the Hebrew Bible told of Christ's 1st coming and his 2nd coming and the dates thereof it's in the feast sabaaths God gave as signs. It's in the tabernacle the temple dimensions its in the 6 day creation 1 day rest. And for the Muslims who say christ never said he was god he said I AM GOD OF THE SABAATH AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO FORGIVE SIN. The jews need to realize in thier own book it says they will reject and despise the messiah and he will be pierced for our transgression god told Israel thier purpose was to bring the light to the gentiles so his salvation would reach the ends of the earth.. who was the light?christ who's name means salvation and was preached to the gentiles to the ends of the earth a fullfilled prophecy again the messiah told by Daniel would arise 483 years including the building of the second temple which was destroyed in 70ad yhe messiah was prophecied to be born of a virgin who's name is Immanuel Immanuel means God incarnate. It would take me a month to tell u all the truths. Jews have to either accept god left them or god lied to them or god never exsisted or he did send the christ who they rejected. If u read the Talmud it's historically documented that the temple doors wouldn't stay shut the eternal lights wouldn't stay lit and the crimson thread dipped in blood never turned white again they were cut off. God was no longer forgiving them for rejecting thier salvation christ told them if you don't believe I am who I say I am you will die in your sin. Without the shedding of blood there can be no forgiveness of sin. Christians preach a false messiah they say God has no law these same Christians don't read. Christ came to magnify the law the moral law of God the 10 commandments he came to abolish the laws known as works based salvation circumcision burnt offerings tithe and sacrifice. And said repent. Stop sinning amongst the good charity love etc. Love is the fullfilling of the law not the erasing of it.

    Powerful insight of the book of Job. Just had to listen to it again. Thank you Rabbi. My Dad had to undergo a brain surgery last week, I was so confused and did not know what to do. I turned to prayer and suddenly an idea poped up that I read the Book of job . The surgery was to be done the next day, So I started reading the book right away with breaks in between. The next day (day of the operation) I continued with prayer and reading the book of Job. Just as I finished reading the last chapter of the book, and said my prayer, I received a call from my brother that my Dad was back in the ward and the surgery was successful. My Dad is now at home recovering. I praise and thank God for being there and comforting us. I believe we go through bad situations in order for something better to come out of it.

      @@jaysmith5047 it's children playing. Many synagogues are run out of homes, like Chabad houses the community rents or a chavura (think of it like a Jewish home church) so the children play and do their lessons in another room not far from where the adults learn. It's considered a blessing to have children among the community so before a certain age children are handled with a soft hand when not doing lessons. In my synagogue it's not rare for the Rabbi's kids to come up to the front asking to help lead the prayer songs or bring toys in to play with at his feet while he reads Torah. As long as they're not interrupting services, it's all good. It gets them used to the mindset that the Jewish community space is theirs for when they get older, rather than a place they have to be allowed into.

    This was so well done and it had an impact on me for the good. When you talked about our freedom to respond to the bad things that happen to us, it took me back about 25 years. My son and his wife and 2 month old son had a terrible accident when they slid on ice into an oncoming semi truck. His precious wife lost her life, he had many severe injuries and the baby a bad concussion. In the hospital in the midst of his grief he started to become angry and bitter. He suddenly stopped himself and said,”No, I am not going to do this. I’m not going to be angry at God! “ From that moment on he worked on being a spiritual man and never mean or bitter. He is still a very good man. He remarried and had a whole bunch of kids. Kind of like Job.

If you read the whole chapter, and the ones preceding them and you don't ready those verses out of context, in isolation, it becomes clear that it's actually about a human king and that the image of the fallen morningstar is used to symbolise the king losing his power and position because of his arrogance and sins.

      The book of Job, The test of Job, but was it really Job on test?
      all the teachings i have heard teach it is the test of Job, but that does not make sence under inspection.
      God had already judged Job, God alread knew Job, God had said;
      Job 1:1 There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.
      "perfect and upright" !!! does God say that lightly? does God speak and then 2nd guess himself, did God call Job perfect and then need to further test him? NO, God new Job and said he was perfect, and indeed Job was !
      the test was on satan? like after Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit, God asked where they are, here God asked satan where he has been / come from, this shows satan is fallen and disconnected from God.... then God asks satan an open question.
      Job 1:8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?
      that is an open question, God is testing satan to get satans answer... satan could of given any answer, satan could of said "yeah i see him, he is a good guy", but that is not how satan answered, satan said;
      Job 1:9 Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?
      10 Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.
      11 But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.
      So God has satan's answer now!!! God himself knows satan is a liar, but how should God handle the matter? should God rebuke satan or could he use this to prove satan is a liar?
      the book of Job was God playing chess with satan and Job was the pawn in the game.... God made satan look like a liar, then told Job not to question his ways, but then made Job have a good future.
      Satan failed the test, satan was not forced to do what he did, he did what he did to try and prove his own lie but instead he was proved a liar.
      i really want people to realise this is the test of satan, who knows what would of happened if satan made tea cakes with Job, maybe God would of taken that as a repentence from satan and things would of changed.
      i think believers should rebuke satan telling him to repent, i genuinly believe satan could repent and work righteousness on the earth if he wanted, and i believe he would be accepted... judgement is getting closer and the texts kind of tell us satan wont repent, but i think there is a code in the programming that allows for satan to repent.
      anyway, i hope you like that insight, i would be very supprised if you have heard it before because ive not heard anyone else teach it as the test of satan.
