    I just opened a shop and was permanently shut down for allegedly submitting incorrect info. I checked the info multiple times before submitting it. The violation doesn't even explain what was incorrect. What a scam to get your personal info, in my opinion.

    Happened to me also. Opened the shop at 6:52am and was approved. Two hours later I was deactivated and permanently suspended without even added a product. Facebook/Instagram must be rolling on the floor laughing.

    Thank you so much for your immediate video upload regarding the same issue. I had happened to me last night when I actually just applied for the shop seller account to get activated. Instead I get violation deactivation before the initial activation even. I open another business account which got approved and then linked it my other TikTok user account and then same thing happened this other account again. It was driving me crazy and waisted so much of my night and all my day today trying to figure it out. Thank you again and I hope it will be resolved for all of us. At least I now know, they were not just targeting me

    I received other violation my shop health and other metrics everything is good, I don't receive any other violation points, but TikTok deactivate my account and asking, Provide your documents, Id card bank statement, utility bill, Hand written shop name with date, and warehouse address and warehouse picture with holding in your hand your shop name and address, But I was integration with CJ dropshipping and printify and it's TikTok shop allowed him self, I don't have any physical warehouse I use my supplier printify and cjdropshipping which is TikTok shop allowed him self, I provide my id card bank statement and utility bill but they reject my 2 appeals and still my account is deactivated, I was get 16 orders 😊

      Yeah, they sent me the same kind of baseless accusations about mystery "violations" and "points" against my account and "inconsistencies," and I hadn't even started the third step of the "5 steps to get up and running," which is shipping logistics! How the hell am I supposed to "prove" that an address is valid when I haven't even provided one yet? They asked for all of those same documents you mentioned, but neglected to answer a single question I'd asked for clarification. Absolutely infuriating and inexcusable behavior!

    Thanks for the video! I was setting up an account. And before the account setup was completed, my account got banned. So I got into contact with their chat service and was able to get someone helpful from TikTok. Thanks for your video!

    For real TT shop sucks because of this. What is worse is how it makes the seller feel because a lot of the time we didn't do anything wrong. One of my favorite stores I follow and have bought from their store is not there. This is f*cked.

      They also love to make up excuses for withholding your payment and not paying you even after seller has received merchandise. I have joined with others filing FTC compliant, FBI complaint and seeking attorney for class action lawsuit. Some people are owed THOUSANDS of dollars. Best advice I can give is if you do TikTokShop also have other platforms you are building busienss on like Etsy, Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop, etc because you never want to put all your eggs in one basket especially when that basket is TikTokShop. I think they are total scammers to be honest. They are not folllowing US FTC regulations. Sellers have rights too!

    im really feeling bummed about my shop. plenty listings, approved listings and then weeks later a random violation here and there on products that do well, and from my knowledge, all correct info. Now im getting all these violations and milestone violation which restricted me from listing products for 2 weeks! idk whats going on. anyone else?

    UPDATE! I contacted support to notify them that I was unable to delete the account they had shut down. Subsequently, a few hours later I received another email stating that my shop was approved. WTF is going on over there?

    They are bringing all the Chinese resellers on tiktok and for us we need to ship within 1-7 days. We can compete with the prices, they also get to have long shipping times. Makes no sense, maybe thats why we are getting banned

    They banned my account unlinked my sellers account. Now it won’t let me link it back it’s saying multiple community guideline violations and that’s false. I had over $700 in commissions processing. 😢😢😢 Im a single mom I really needed that money bro.

      They owe me money that is 2 months overdue and I have seen TikTok videos and read stories online from so many sellers who had their earnings withheld, never paid. My experience is that Live Chat is useless and when a support ticket response says its being escalated to a team and you will hear back in 24 - 48 hours, it means 2 weeks and then they will ask you for something you can not provide them...its all a delay tactic and they play sick mind games with sellers over money. @@PhoEvaCrowned

      Same thing with my shop and creator commissions, my amount was very low though. I’m so sorry that you’re dealing with this. Something is very shady about all this and I definitely won’t let them steal from me twice. I would definitely suggest everyone that has any type of funds in their account to withdraw as often as possible or it’s just a matter of time before they steal it right from under you.

    Same here but first shop was 3 weeks ago, haven’t sold a single item, was still setting up. 48 total violations at once with no explanation, appeal denied due to lack of required items for appeal. 2 days ago my backup shop with NOTHING, SAME THING. I also had about $50 in my TikTok shop for creator account that was tied to the first one that I earned in commissions from other shops and that was also shut down and I can’t access the money.

      Same for me... I had just set up my account and hadn't even started setting up shipping logistics yet, much less posted or sold any products, but they suddenly closed my shop without any valid explanation. The hostile message they sent to notify me gave some vague bullshit excuse about "violations" and they even announced that they were keeping whatever balance was in my account or funds I might receive from current customers! WTF!? It made no actual difference to me since I hadn't done anything with the shop yet, so there was no money for them to withhold from me, but it should concern the hell out of active sellers that this arrogant platform will simply close your account for no valid reason or even rational justification, and they'll steal any revenue you've generated!

      I mean I submitted it and the first time it worked. Then they just turned around and did it again 48 hours later and then denied my appeal saying it was "ineligible for appeal" and outright closed the shop. I am now going back and forth with support who are "investigating" and "very sorry for the inconvenience". So...Good luck?

    This is ridiculous. I just got permanently suspended for a "video violation". They didn't tell me exactly what was wrong with the video and was very vague about the information they needed for the appeal. It was a 6 point violation which still left my account in "excellent" status. And by their own policies, I shouldn't have even gotten a one day suspension. This is absolutely preposterous.

    It seems like legitimate sellers are being caught up in the thousands of scam sellers and copyright sellers, seriously the amount of copyright infringing products on tiktok shops is insane, the platform is infested with people selling products they do not have the legal right to sell, and with platforms like Tiktok it eventually becomes their issue too, the same thing happened with Twitch the streaming platform, where for years streamers were playing popular music on their streams, Amazon had multiple governments all over the world threatening them for copyright infringement and DMCA and they were forced to take some action (although admittedly they fell into somewhat of a grey area)
    Tiktok has gone on massive banwaves pretty much every month for the last year as far as I can see and i'm not surprised, the real issue is the innocent ones being banned, and not really the amount, since so many are non compliant.

    Thank you, for creating a video about this. I just opened my store, thinking i was going to make so much money. I am BANNED, i have no idea why. I spoke customer serv rep, not even he knows why it was suspended, this is ridiculous. I filed a 2nd appeal, with photos of proof, nothing am still banned. Thanks to your video, am contacting support and hopefully they can submit a ticket. FYI- I had like 5 mugs in my store lol nothing else, not even a sale. like wtfffff

    Their chat service is useless sadly :( They don't have any information so I'm waiting on a response from opening a ticket with them. They said it's final though after 2 appeals (which I've done) so I really hope I get someone that can help!

    I opened mine last week. Posted my first item a couple days ago and my second today. Right after I posted my 2nd item they closed my shop saying I had a violation (not specific about the violation). They asked me to file an appeal along with my warehouse documents displaying the warehouse address and inventory invoices. I sell POD through Printify so I'm like how the hell do I do that. Contacted Printify and they said it's happened to many, they're working on working with TikTok to resolve this but that they cannot provide this information to us. So now what? so frustrating.

      I didnt try to appeal it yet because I contacted Printify and they said they're working with TikTok on this. Hoping they figure something out before the month is up for me to appeal. Then today I got an email from TikTok about "we detected some improper shipping fee settings which are abnormally high in your shipping template" which is so weird because I had my shipping set to FREE and put the cost into the tshirt. sooooo IDK wth is going on. @@somaymayy7084

However, I am glad this happened because they disable the ability to withdraw funds. Imagine if someone sells a bunch of items and can't get the money for those products sold. I submitted an appeal on an impulse but decided to not move forward with TikTok shop.

      Did you have any luck? I went round and round with a damn bot for thirty plus minutes till it would allow me to talk to a person, and the person was not helpful. They couldn't tell me anything to protect my privacy.

    It happened to me. I only had 4 products, no sales. I did first appeal. Denied! I contacted chat. They told me they think I have multiple stores. I only have one! I did exactly what support told me to do and still denied me. I'm going to contact chat again but I heard after two appeals you are SOL..... 😢

    Although, I hope it is. I don’t think this is a glitch. Last month when they shut down thousands of shops due to IP and copycat issues, many thought it was a glitch then and it wasn’t. Ti tok seems to be trying desperately to disassociate themselves with certain businesses. It’s really annoying and scary for food businesses being impacted.

      @@1137ahmed I assume they meant Intellectual Property, there are thousands of Tiktok shops selling branded products they they don't own the rights to sell, for example people selling Disney labeled products that are not official, or even people making their own disney products like soft toys shaped like disney characters. The platform is infested with side hustle businesses selling things they are not legally allowed to sell.

I can't get passed the BOT and going round and round. I can already tell, Friday is going to feel like a BAD MONDAY! Any updates from anyone else.       @@arslanamr well I actually was dropshipping and my supplier was changing the tracking number to be usps numbers which was working. It could’ve been a glitch though because I had no problems before this glitch happened to everyone

    Super frustrated. I have over 6000 following and am on chat right now on my phone and getting nowhere. They are saying that they don't have he option to remove the violation as the "teh" decisions are final???!!! They want me to create another account and start from scratch again and get 5000 followers! ugh

    Well, OK, so it's not just me and after reading these comments I don't think my shop got shut down for the reason I thought either. (I'm an American, both resident and citizen but am in the UK for a bit and logged on from here and forgot to put my VPN on, so I just assumed that must be it since I hadn't listed a product yet. Which TBF is a huge issue in and of itself because like what if you're like me and travel a lot? Or like someone else said in the military or something? Are you not supposed to be able to run a shop while you're travelling or working overseas even if you're allowed to have it under the rules and can submit every document under the sun to prove it?) As much as I bitch about Amazon, TTS is amateur hour.

    Somehow, I escaped it. Does anyone on here know how to handle homemade items? My products stream in via my shopify store but a lot of them keep suspending (and then I get violations) because I don't have their product certificates that they want. I upload the front and back of my labels of my haircare products, but they still suspend. I have been trying to research this issue for 3 months now. Thanks :0)

      Make sure the images are legible and high quality. No mockups, grab the bottle with the hand and take a clear photo. Most failed certificates are just because of the photo quality. Just make sure the label is completely visible.

    I'm trying to put t-shirts on but it won't let me select kids apparel. It show me the requirements but absolutely no clue how to get into contact to provide any information or even request. It's just some t-shirt designs, and unfortunately there's no unisex section in category but hopefully I'll be able to list everything twice for male and female if I can ever get around this restriction causing my listing to fail / suspended.     I submitted an appeal immediately, but I have heard nothing!? Then I received all of a sudden a few days later notification saying that I qualify for the creator program that I can open a shop?? But when I go to try to open a new shop, it still tells me that my account is suspended?? And also as far as the ticket thing goes, I submitted a ticket which was supposed to be my appeal, but then when I go back to look right after and view my pending ticket request for support, it didn't exist anymore!? It was not there it did not show any submitted tickets pending request for help, nothing!! I'm so pissed off I'm so frustrated I didn't even do anything else I just logged out!

    This happened to me twice both times creating a new account without even posting one item. Not only that every time I go back to the seller Paige it takes me to upload my ID and create an account and then it tells me I already have an account I cannot create anymore.

    I applied for a business account and provided all my business info. They sent me an email that I am permanently banned for violations. What violations. I never started any TicTok business and they say the store is deactivated. What A crock of shit. Someone should start a USA form of TicTok.

    I'm still waiting. I submitted it. But instead of a live person....I could only get the learn more button. I never entered into a conversation. This is just the first day. I will try back tomorrow and see if there is any correspondence. This was my first time selling on line. I was so excited when I achieved active status. Less than 48 hours later.....Deactiviation....DE moralizing!

      You just gave me an idea. Before TikTok shop businesses used influencers all the time. It was generally big companies but I have considered finding someone to help me and then up popped TikTok shop. They may lose business when people realize they don't need the middle man.

    Me pasó igual, me activaron la cuenta una hora después pero todos los productos estaban desactivados. Tuve que editar uno por uno y subir algunas fotos de mis empaques mostrando la etiqueta de ingredientes ( mi marca es Skincare) y así pude activar los productos y están visibles nuevamente

    It happened to me after I watched your video on how to connect tiktok shop with dropshipping it was prob around same time as this. I cried, and then tried to contact them and no one got back to me. So I deleted everything and gave up. Worst worst worst customer service they have.

      Same here, but for me, it happened within HOURS! I completed the first two of the "5 steps to get up and running," they notified me that my account was approved, and before I'd had a chance to do anything else, withing just a couple of hours, they sent me another e-mail notifying me that my shop had been permanently closed (along with a lot of hostile language about them withholding any funds in my account! - Thankfully, there was no money in my account for them to steal from me).

      Right! I spent way too much time trying to get my shop set up then making videos promoting other products to get banned and my funds confiscated, their policies and procedures and missions and training are all about as clear as dirty motor oil. Something is definitely shady with the whole thing, I’m out.

      ​@@randomnesswithraynemarie I don't think they're organized enough to be shady. I think they just flat out are incompetent and haven't even begun to think their policies through. They launched it way before they were ready. For example, do you know for sure *you* can't just go open another account? Because I haven't seen anything in the policies or received anything from them saying either I or my LLC are banned, just that the *account* is banned. I haven't been banned by Amazon but I have seen those notices and they tell you both your account is banned AND you are banned. So, I'm probably going to try to open another account with the same info just to see what happens. I won't be surprised at all if they let me because I don't think they're flagging people.

    I opened tts using a sole owner ship and get approved. I forget I can’t use that business account is relate to my husband. So I open another tts under individual license, I approved to open. After imported my first product to the shop. This morning I get a violation suspension Incorrect Registration Information. Both stores are selling similar homemade items, the only different are the name. After hours of searching I reply I put the wrong label from one store to the other. Can I just close both accounts and register again, will thats works. I don’t know what to do can you please help? Thank you for the useful video.

      Great question! I'd also like to know the answer since the same thing happened to me for the same BS excuses, but my shop wasn't even open yet. I'd only completed the first two of the "5 steps to get up and running." If there's some requirement about the shop name that we've violated, then WTF don't they just explain that and give us a way to correct the error!?

      @@pk9156 As far as I can tell, "Ineligible for Appeal" is TikTok's way of saying "GFY!" It means they're refusing to reconsider their baseless decision under any circumstances. The entire system is automated and there's no way to get a logical response from a live human. My guess is that the only possible solution is to start over by creating a new shop, but I have no idea whether it would be approved if I use any of the same personal information again. I don't even have any products to sell yet and I now know that I can't trust the platform to function rationally, so I don't plan to waste any more time on it now.

    Hello, I was hoping to get some help/info. My Tik Tok shop was permanently closed due to inconsistent delivery because I was using Amazon as a supplier and Tacotracking for tracking numbers. Is there anyway I can get my TikTok shop reinstated? If I were to create a new account, do I have input all new information as in a different identity or do I have to create a business account and create a LLC? Could the IP address be the same or should I use a VPN? Thank you, I would greatly appreciate your help.

      We have noticed activity from your Shop that violates our TikTok Shop policies. As a result, your Shop has been deactivated.
      As a result, your Shop has been deactivated. " - I haven’t even sold ANYTHING AT ALL, and it's funny because I went to talk to an agent after watching your video, AGENT TOLD ME IT LOCKS LIKE A GLITCH AND MADE A TICKET FOR ME :0 they replied to the ticket , with "Unfortunately, we believe your behaviour has violated our platform's policy and will create harmful impacts on our customers and our platform" - IT'S A BOT ,AGAIN, I haven’t even created any videos with my products or open normal TikTok account yet.... please share your thoughts

I had not made a sale or even finished my shop but they sure stole the petty $50 in my creator account from product commissions, it’s clearly a scam to take our money and they definitely could care less about US regulations

    Yes it exact same thing happened to me as the commenter below me in this comment section!! I worked for 3 days creating products to load into my store, then I became approved and started loading products into my store that I had created. I only had four products loaded into my store when I received notification and emails that my shop was suspended, my creator shop account was deactivated!! With no explanation, I can't get an explanation from any kind of support at tick tock, nothing!? I did nothing wrong, I read all of the guidelines and rules before I create any products and then again before I added my products. Everything was completely original, I went through print on demand shops and I didn't steal anybody's ideas there was nothing that was explicit content, nothing!

      @@TheEcomBull so here’s my situation. I am an American citizen but am currently stationed overseas but I put my address in the states and used EBay in the states to fulfill. What I’m assuming the only reason why I am getting this fraudulent shipping is maybe because I had express and standard on when the shipping times were just economy but still I should not have my entire account permanently banned as they all got delivered regardless. And I also replied to all messages about when their order would arrive

      If shipping is late you will get violations that reflect that, but the fraudulent shipping ban could be because you didn’t had the correct warehouses added on your account. Because ebay has multiple warehouses I assume, and you never know from which one they will be shipping?

When I first made the shop I had put CJ’s warehouse for a product I was going to do but never did and just never changed the warehouse. So it could be that I’m not sure, but I also had positive reviews on my shop so I know they actually got they products
