    MUTTON MATKA BIRYANI RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
    Clay pot 1
    Oil ½ cup
    Bay leaf 1
    Green cardamom 4
    Star anise 1
    Black cardamom 1
    Cloves 4
    Black pepper 6
    Cinnamon 1 stick
    Onions large sliced 3
    Mutton 750 gm
    Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    Green chili paste 1 tbsp
    Water 1 cup
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
    Cumin powder 2 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
    Bombay biryani masala 3 tbsp
    Nutmeg ground ¼ tsp
    Mace ground ¼ tsp
    Green cardamom ground ½ tsp
    Salt 2 tsp
    Chopperised tomatoes 3
    Yogurt ¾ cup
    Cream 1 tbsp
    Dry plump 12
    Green chilies small ones 8
    Lemon slices 4
    Mint leaves chopped 3 tbsp
    Coriander leaves chopped 4
    Brown onion fried ½ cup for top
    Orange food color mixed in water ¼ cup
    Boiled rice 750 gm
    METHOD :
    Heat handi on the stove, add oil, add whole spices with brown onion, mutton, fry for 10 mins till water dries, add ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, fry for 2 mins, add water, turn flame to medium-low, cover handi and cook for half an hour till mutton is tender. Once the mutton is tender, add all the spices and fry well, add chopperised tomatoes and yogurt, cover, and cook till tomatoes tender and oil comes on top, remove ¼ cup oil from mutton gravy to use on top. In another handi, spread half a cup ghee, and half boiled rice in the bottom, sprinkle some fried onion and coriander leaves on it, spread with cooked mutton masala, and cover with final layer of rice, drizzle color and leftover oil from mutton gravy, spread fried onion and coriander leaves on top, cover the handi with wet napkin and place a heavy pot on top, leave it on dum for half an hour on low flame.
    GREEK STYLE SALAD RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
    Boiled chickpeas 2 cup
    Boiled macaroni 1 cup
    Cucumber diced with skin 2
    Tomatoes cubes seed removed 1 cup
    Onion diced ½ cup
    Lettuce shredded 1 bunch
    Black and green olives ½ cup
    Feta or cottage cheese crumbled ½ cup
    Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
    Oregano 1 tsp
    Extraversion olive oil ¼ cup
    Crushed black pepper 1tsp
    Lemon juice 3 tbsp
    METHOD :
    Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix well, chill for 1 hour and serve.
