Mine really likes my shady room right next to the window. It's the sort of light where in the middle of the day you are slightly tempted tto turn on the light to read but everything is still clearly visible. Maybe like a cloudy day or 'I'm sitting under a big tree's shade' level of light.
@@Mel-qr5ob I thought so, it may feel fine in the semi-shade, but to bloom it needs a brighter area. If it's happy where you grow it, then it's the best. It's beautiful without flowers too 🌸🪴❤️
@@AnnasViolets it's only April though, I thought they flowered when summer starts going into autumn, we only just reached that sort of weather last week so I thought it meant it was doing really well... are they actually supposed to be blooming in the middle of summer then?
Hey Gloriana, thank you. 🌸Yes, absolutely. This Friday the video is about Monstera, but the next Friday will be about string of pearls. Consider subscribing to be informed, as soon as the video is posted. If you would like to, of course. I post new video every Friday.
Mine the new growth always dries up and dies. Am I overwatering? Underwatering? I am so confused. I recently got a grow light and it is over a foot away from it. I seem to have the same problem. I feel like this problem started since winter began. It is winter currently do I still water until water drains out and then let dry u til I water again?

The butterfly method works well for me.
Thank you for this video. More ideas for me.
Thank you so much. I'm glad you liked it. Do you grow String of Hearts? Is it the variegated one or green?
I put them in the water and they grew roots way slower than in soil.
Directly in soil after 1 month it was already 4cm longer !
Yes, I would agree with you. Succulents and succulent-like plants grow roots faster and easier in the soil.
Good video! more string of hearts!! love hearts for everyone!
Thank you 🤗

@@Mel-qr5ob Yes, mine bloom in the summer. So, maybe it's just a bit early for yours to bloom :)

Are they easy growing plants? They are really interesting
Yes, they are easy growing plants. They just dont like too much direct sun and overwatering

Yes, you need to water it, when the soil is dry. In winter they go a bit dormant, especially if it's cold where it's growing
