  • Legoland reopened on 4th July, and we decided to visit on the 07th and 08th July. We were hotel guests and upon entering we had our temperatures checked (took seconds and Jensen was exempt) and given wristbands to show that we had been checked.
Legoland have made some great additions for health and safety amid the COVID19 pandemic: Sanitising stations at entrance and exit of the rides, socially distanced markers on the floor, sanitising high touch areas such as railings and lego statues, bin lids have been secured so you don't need to touch them, limiting restaurants and seating inside, the pizza/pasta buffet is no longer a buffet and what we could understand you can now order a pizza to the table, shows are cancelled however you can still meet characters (they have a marker to stand on which you can see in the video), and masks are required on certain rides. Ebony had no trouble doing this and even wore it when she wasn't required.
All in all we were very impressed with the measures that Legoland have introduced and felt safe within the park.
