For your house siding, i use an outdoor cleaner either from Lowes or Home Depot called '30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner.' it removes algae, mold, mildew, dirt & grime.

Dude I have a great idea for the muffler. You could make a table out of it with epoxy. Just make the table and put that on top and epoxy it so you have it encapsulated in epoxy. Lots of work but I’m sure it would look awesome.

There is a cleaner called Awesome at Dollar (twenty-five) Tree, which is perfect for the outside mildew. I did have a super long $250 ladder and telescopic brush poles to help reach the top. It is really not that difficult, just have to have someone hold the ladder JIC.
You say you don't pay, is better than paying a ER visit or worst. Should not be more than $150 to have it done.
