Also note when you return things. If you request a barcode instead of printing a return label, the barcode will not load. I contacted them concerning this because this has happened twice for different orders purchased nearly two months apart. That option does not work. They will also charge you to return even if it is for an even exchange. I used to order from them often, but not as much as before due to these issues.
I thought it was just me! I have had the same experience regarding this very order. They are HORRIBLE.
