- @Equinor is leading the way in developing floating wind technology with Hywind Tampen - the world’s largest project of its kind.
To reduce the CO2 emissions of its offshore operations, energy major Equinor and its partners in Snorre and Gullfaks oil fields invested in the world’s largest floating offshore wind farm.
By maximizing usage of key assets, Mammoet delivered the highest levels of cost-efficiency to its customer.

Nice video but can we get the old narrator back? That guy really made these videos amazing.
Nice project Mammoet!
Thank you!!
Thanks!
Always BIG with Mammoet.....Fantastic Project, Fantastic Crane !!!, Thank you
Glad you like it!
I just LOVE IT, i really like to see more of this type of crane, so big just AMAZING.
More to come!
VERY NICE JOB
Pretty amazing teamwork, too make the dream work. Have a good week and God bless amen. 🙂👍
Just Incredible Video Production cannot praise it enough, literately every frame was beautifully cinematic & wallpaper worthy, absolutely Stunning!!!!!!!!!
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Thanks Umar - stay tuned for more!
Just change one letter and you'll be famous.
@@robertheston1339 What do you mean?
Unfortunately LESS bigger turbines means MORE vulnerability in energy production. If this turbine fails due to whatever reason, you have a big problem.
Ireckon it is more interesting and challenging to install the 'big ones'.
Magnifique !
Thank you!
@@taikablaier448 All my Best.

Very interesting to watch...total pro`s!
Thanks Georg!
Super structure,,we need super structure department to makes every "weight" project smooth as soft fluvy cakes,,hhu💪💪💪❤️❤️🥳🎂
Маммут Сахалин 🤝
I wonder, what do you actually use as counterweight? Could it be possible to put in solid state battery packs?
Thanks for your comment! The counterweight for large ring cranes is often material found on site (for example sand). This is used to keep the weight of the crane low during seaborne mobilization.
Fantastic work 😍😍
Thanks!
Круто дуже круто а покажiть як такі вітряки доставляють до місця роботи електростанції в морі... 😎✌️✌️✌️
imagine if the energy wasn't being used to pump oil out of the ground!!??!!
Больше, выше, сильнее. Работал с ребятами в Тобольске. Работа тяжелая, но интересная. У меня на канале есть парочка видео. Хотел к ним устроиттся, документы отправил и тишина.
How much energy was consumed to make all this stuff to make the turbine? Would it ever recoup the energy in its lifetime? It just doesn’t seem very smart.
Could someone help me out with the math here? If I assume that the output of a wind turbine is a function of cross-sectional area, and the mass (cost) is a cubic function, doesn't the math suggest smaller is better? Clearly I am missing something. Please help!
Taller is better on principle and the weight of the nacelle and machinery may follow a square-cube law but the system as a whole might not follow it so closely. The space, time, equipment and labour to install them is likely an influence on size also.
Power = (ξ.ρ.π.d^2.v^3)/8
@@drury2d8 ...where?
What are the current limitations of these cranes that can lift the most weight?
