Flour 190 g
sift the flour
Add 1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons white sugar
Grate 115 g butter

Water 4 tsp
Mix everything until a homogeneous dough is formed
Wrap the dough in foil and place in the refrigerator for 60 minutes
Cut strawberries 400g in video
Mix 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of starch
1 egg, separate egg yolk from egg white
Add 1 tablespoon milk to the egg yolk
Roll out the dough
