    This video is great.
I bought a set of CoC Grippers after watching this video. I couldn't even close a Trainer model when I started, now I'm closing a 1.5 Gripper.
Just started working my wrists with the Wrist Reinforcer.
    Thanks Ron & TPC!

As a certified trainer, let me say you explained this well. I have Iron Mind grippers, starting at 150, going to 300, one 365 from Captains of Crush, then a 400lb one from some company I can't remember. Now that I'm getting back into shooting with a serious mindset, I've been using my grippers again. Thanks for the reminder.

Many pro shooters have a hell of a grip, that includes the top lady shooters I've met. In my opinion, Ron, Travis Tomasie and Todd Jarrett have the strongest handshakes I've ever felt.

I'm late to the party by a "few" years but I still love watching Rons videos and content. RIP Ron. Wish I could have met you.

Major style points for using CoC grippers! Not a lot of people outside the strenght game even know of them from my experience.

QUESTION: Which gripper corresponds with the correct pistol grip strength? 80# I assume since that allows for rapid trigger finger movement?

Stick to gun training not grip training

Proper grip is a fundamental of marksmanship.
Perhaps you should stick to shooting your guns on Call of Duty.

Why make such imbecilic comments? Did you even watch the video? Have you ever fired a real gun? Do you know who Ron Avery is and what he has accomplished? Perhaps you should sit in the back and shut up, son.

+RealKail did 2 tours in Afghanistan an hate video games an if you know anything about training or building strength that's not the best way of training but yeah your right

+grantorino2009 I wasn't being rude or negative about his video just saying that wasn't the best info on grip training or training any muscle that is so don't worry about what I'm talking about old man

Adrian you have no clue what you are talking about. Go wash your dorito fingers and get out of your moms basement before you start critiquing subjects you clearly are completely ignorant about.
