Hey guys! So apparently new world review did a very similar video to this one about a week or so ago and people are saying I copied him. This is not the situation. He’s an awesome content creator and super informed, but I also just found out that grand line reviews had a second page today. This theory isn’t mine or his respectively, we both read and explained the same exact theory more likely than not from the same source, so yeah there is going to be a lot of similarities! Yea I figured that this theory has been passed around from person to person & on Reddit, forums etc. I was trying to explain that to everybody else but some don’t really understand. That’s why I said I give you a pass for this video , even if it was a case of you using another person’s video, which I now know it wasn’t. Well it would make sense that both you NCHammer & New World would cover this particular part of content of HXH when literally you have said so many times this is your favorite anime, also on his channel he's mentioned several times in just about every one of his videos that HXH is his favorite anime also.

I don’t feel like the main emotion you’re meant to feel at them dying is sadness. They killed someone and played with their head, didn’t care about anyone’s wellbeing that wasn’t loyal to the king and while dying somewhat anti climactically it’s not like they didn’t deserve it.
@@kobe9063 the whole point of the ants was that they grew. Just like the king, at the start they were going on pure instinct but after a while they learned to love. All neferpitou wanted was to protect the king, she failed, and kite didn’t even die…

good theory it makes some sense, in my mind i thought gon mother would be an adventurer just like Ging or archaeologist but died short after giving birth after a dig, but in the context of this story this theory would make more sense and ging carefree and aloof attitude towards all the people in this life he only really cares about finding things and exploring fatherhood and relationships are not what he wants, i mean he gon wanted to find ging to and to understand why he was so much more passionate about being a hunter that being a father to large extent i don't agree with ging life choices as being hunter has its fun moments but u can face death depending on what find yourself in.

Ging didn't "make all the cards". Even he wasn't that good. It was stated that each of his friends were in charge of certain specializations. One of them was in charge of the travel cards because he was a proficient Emitter, and same with the rest. He may have been the chief designer, but he still needed to work with others to make it a reality.

I would actually argue that Ging is most likely a high level enhancer based on hisokas personality test and the fact that nen has been shown to be linked to genetics. It would make sense that gon would share gings nen type.
I saw new world reviews video on this topic, and I disagree with him on his characterization of ging. Ging is extremely simple and straightforward in almost everything he does... and also extremely selfish. This lends credence to the idea of an enhancer. Additionally, we see with the zoldyks that their nen types are shared based on their appearance and genetics. All zoldyks that have silver hair are transmuters and the others share a nen type with their mother.
It makes the most sense that following these patterns ging would be an enhancer... additionally because of how nen works this would explain why ging would be able to used emitter skills like leorios so effectively. First because he is a high level nen user in enhancing, and secondly because mixed with his nen level, his affinity allows him to use emitter nen abilities at 80% nen efficiency.

@@AmHotGarbage I mean stronger doesn’t necessarily mean brute strength. When he took in pouf and youpis nen he was able to gain their nen abilities, effectively making him way stronger. Either way though, he did become way stronger in terms of his aura as well because he gains power from consuming nen users. Pouf and youpi have pretty massive aura quantities so the amount of them that meruem consumed most definitely made him stronger even if it’s hard to tell by how much since there is literally no one else to compare his strength increase to.

I think Gin sees Gon more as a clone of himself than a son. With Gon framed that way, as an experiment, the cards created on greed island seem like maybe they might have been other experiments, with Gon as the last. That makes the cards seem like they MUST be in order, unlike a card game where the cards are designed and then basically put in order based on Name, Color, and Type.
