Love this house plan, very modern and open. I love that every room has its own bathroom and walk in closet but I can't help but say, "the are way too many bathrooms besides those in the bedrooms. The fact that you can't access other spaces from the inside kinda took me off too, what happens when mother nature decides to cry or just chills the earth away. Otherwise the plan is a beauty and a few adjustments can/could be made!
Yeah agree! For the size of this house 1400 square meters of construction it needs at least 7 bedrooms and a bigger pool, around 20 meters long. Imagine if I got 4 kids, each with a bedroom and have friends to stay... All it needs is an upgrade! Beautiful house and style by the way.
This rendering is above realistic and I love your rendering…….. I live in Africa and I am student of architecture….. Can you do tutorials on this type of renderings or name suggestion rendering software?
Saludes, con que programa generaron el render y videos, a mi parecer se hizo con Enscape o con Lumion, no creo que se haya hecho con Vray, tampoco con Twinmotion ni con Unreal, ya que al ingresar a las areas de las puertas no se abren y con estos programas se tiene un sistema para abrir y cerrar sean puertas o ventanas, igualmente lo Tv no tienen video, y me llamo mucho la atención del agua, por lo que creo que se hizo con Enscape o Lumion, indico esto ya que algunos preguntan con que programa lo hicieron, y quiero aportar a los comentarios. Claro esta que es un buen trabajo.

Muy bonita casa pero la manera en que se muestra el video me parece de muy poco profecionalismo, a lo largo de todo el video es una constante brusquedad del movimiento de la camara que llega a tal grado de incomodidad para la vista, aparte que carece de mas informacion para los interesados en esta casa o en contactar con estos arquitectos.
El diseño arquitectonico increible,, pero los recorridos interiores muy malos, pareciera un estabilizador que se traba, la verdad la persona que haya echo los recorridos muy mal.... haganlos mas suaves fluidos tal como lo haria DJI Osmo.. o cualquier otra marca,, que navegue suave en los interiores ,,, al subir las escaleras no es necesario que se note cada paso que den,, que fluya la camara al subir por las escaleras,,

yo creo que lo renderizaron en unreal, ya que el pasto no es muy bueno en enscape, se le olvido hacer blue prints para las puertas, buen trabajo
