Toby a pet peeve of mine is new yatchs with creaky floors. Surely they can eliminate that with not too much expense. After all at 2 million plus that should not be an issue.
I agree, it is a pet hate of mine too. Something I've pointed out many times in videos and in print, yet still seems to occur surprisingly regularly, despite being an easy enough and not costly fix. T
Toby, if I have one minor nit about your tours it's the camera work. Sometimes you move a bit too fast, and it would be great if you could get a camera with stabilization capability. Otherwise, you are the best, and you get to see the most amazing yachts!
Thanks for the feedback @mikemendes7598 - I will try to pan slower and use stabilisation when possible. I'm no cameraman, just try to get what I can in the time I can! T
@@yachtingworld Thank you, I will look at the specs again. Also, thanks for confirming that it is part of the bowsprit, wasn't sure about that nomenclature.
Awesome design and I'll bet performance; but frustratingly cheap and sparse interior make it more of a weekender. Would love to see someone come up w a true performance liveaboard in this size. Great review
For all that effort, and the price, the interior seemed to 'lack' somehow - not sure how.. I hope it sails beautifully, and my impressions are misguided.
@@yachtingworld I know you said as much. However it still doesn't apply because an archetype represents an abstract image or idea not an actual concrete contemporary design.
@@gerhardsundt9729have to agree, if I was spending that much I'd be somewhat annoyed about the floorboards. It looks stunning but how much would it cost to stick some rubber gaskets in!?
Great video Toby!
Thank you!
What a job :)
Sleek comfortable beautiful!
Thanks Toby! Excellent review,however quick.👍

Nice one !
Someone went a bit wild with a label maker.
Love it. Will you record a video sailing it?
Yes - coming soon!
sporty line with the glass receeding. 👍

Does the length of the boat (65) include the 2-3 feet sticking out of the bow? Used for anchor and code zero?
No, hull length is 65ft. Length overall with bowsprit is 70ft 10in - as stated on the specs at the end

Can u sail singlehandedly this boat?
No, I think you need two at least to manage the main and headsail
Could you please clarify in which currency the amount of 2.6 million is expressed?
Price is given with the specs at the end and in Euros
If you have to ask you can't afford it. LOL.
Not Congolese Francs, lol!!
@@peterm4475 Thank you for the financial assessment.

Where is a head for a crew?
9:15 - 9:20 archetypal? I am not convinced that applies to contemporary design.
It refers to Nauta Design and their renowned style

Squeeking floor boards in a yacht costing 2.6 M€? Seriously? I am so glad, I can’t afford it…

where is sprayhood and bimini? eh… always the same
Sprayhood is retractable, you can see the cover for the compartment in the coach roof.
@@fantabuloussnuffaluffagus of course it is. I just want to say that GS never shows it or present it on photos so the SY looks cool…
