When I stopped fucking around and started seriously going after my goals, I started to experience tremendous pain. Straight agony I had been avoiding for a long time. To the point of considering doing what you're father did. I had to re watch this video to remind myself that I'm doing the right thing. For real, thank you Brandon. I wonder if you truly know the deep, positive impact you've already made on thousands of lives.

+Brandon Carter you should do this kind of ''motivational'' 10 times a day...everyone gotta understand the fact that there is no gain without pain...success is a journey. Thank you brother, you are an inspiration.

I could not agree more. I'm 28 and been practicing/playing guitar since I was 3 years old. People always ask me, how do you get that good? What's the secret. And there's no secret, blood sweat and tears man, pain, suffering, sacrifice. If you want to be great at something, anything, there's no easy way. And you get back 10 fold what you put in. I've applied this principle in everything I do, cause that's life. You want a good ass life, then you got to earn it.

I hear you Brandon. I lost my sister a year ago from an overdose, she left two awesome daughters behind and their father bailed on them. I moved in with my mother to help raise them. So many times I use that bullshit as an excuse when I feel things are too challenging. It's even more difficult when you don't have a lot of friends that have the same ambition and motivation as you. But fuck all that bullshit pity party stuff. These trials and tribulations breed champions I'll just have to watch this video daily as a reminder. Peace and love man.

Damn I remember when this channel only had a handful of videos over 10+ years ago when I was in my 20s. I blew my 20s away drinking, video games, chasing skirts, thinking it was gonna last forever. It isnt too late to make a change. We all have our different turning points.

I wanna become an olympic swimmer. I used to work hard, like puking in practice, sore for days and I got the results I wanted. My dad was in the jakarta bombings a few months back (hes alive but had changed a lot) and I for some reason was depressed ( I dont know where it came from; i was tired, never wanted to go of bed or out in general, it was like a big ass dark cloud was following me around). Now because of this video it makes me wanna become great again, I want to work, I feel so motivated and I feel like I am returning to myself again. THANK YOU!!!

My dad took his own life too man.. My life as it is now is pretty shitty, many financial difficulties for my self as well as my mum.. Always working bullshit jobs and then losing those jobs through no fault of your own.. Right now though I'm going in, pushing my self to achieve what I want. I'm training for the military and I'm embracing this bullshit I gotta keep going through now because I always say, that you need to feel pain so you can actually appreciate what joy is..

Since my girlfriend and I moved out on our own last May, we haven't had time to workout. So my fitness has been slacking. Also on a really tight budget so dieting is a bit of an issue.
But I made it work, and I now get up at 4.30 am to get my pump on!
I also eat really well, without spending a lot. Frozen vege and Tuna are your friends!
I don't use supplements, but that was actually a conscious choice not to, a long time ago. All natural baby!
I now feel the best I have ever felt. I find it hard to get up at 4.30 every morning, still! But I get up because I think about the pain and the resulting effects.
Love your work man, keep it up!
