Even in the darkest spot BILL CANTOS was in, and the low quality if the video. He projects himself very clear and bright. Oh man, my eyes. I used to wear glasses, but now i have 100/20 vision. Maybe I should sacrifice my eyes as an offering to BILL CANTOS. I don’t deserve this.
Jag såg dem på Rondo i Göteborg. Hade aldrig hört talas om Sherwood Ball, men blev ruskigt tagen av hans sång! Får väl aldrig höra ett sånt superband igen. Fantastiskt!
Before an all-star can be considered an All-Star they have to pass before the judgment of BILL CANTOS. He will give them a firm handshake, wink, flip his hair, and if they can survive this encounter without dying of pure love, then they may proceed to their lives of fame. You will find most All-Stars deeply regret ever going to fame and wish they could go back and graze hands with the KING once more. But they have chosen their lives. They have chosen materialistic Earthly desire over the ONE TRUE WAY. We will see who is happier when the NEW WORLD comes to pass.
Not sure why Bill Champlin had to organ the hell out of this tune, but Champlin tends to take up a bit of space when playing live. When he was with Chicago he played over Scheff's bass parts, took the guitar solos and at one point even had a set of drums to duel with Seraphine. "Why don't we just f--king call it the Bill Champlin show featuring Chicago?", James Pankow fumed.
It's a great version but I think Bill Champlin takes up a little too much space with his Hammond (but that's just the way Bill is) and I'm not quite sure that Sherwood's sledgehammer-to-a-butterfly vocals, great though they are, top Clif Magness' stunning voice.
@@sm26801 I believe Bill Gates was busy getting ejecting Microsoft into world dominance at this point :-). Bill Cantos was playing keyboards with the band though.

Better than the album version!

brilliant... prefer Cliff Magness singing it on the original album.. but great to spot this rare one..
I would have wished for Joseph Williams to sing this instead.
This song could have been used in South Park for one of Cartman's storylines; It's perfect.
