Sounds great! Southern Leyte is a great spot if you are looking for the quiet life. After 20 years of living and working in Singapore and before that always in big cities we wanted a place near a beach that was quiet. The house is designed to survive typhoons - PH gets more than it's fair share, earthquakes - we get lots every week and so far just small and the closest volcano has been dormant since the 1800's and it's 30 km away. Que sera sera. Our engineer is the best.

Wow! this is in Flordeliz Macrohon and you guys are my friend neighbors. The finished wall you see is his property.
Not much activity on that lot since we first saw it in early '23. Is your friend going to do anything with that lot?
