Speaking as someone with some more years behind me than yourself, I can recognise the struggles with social networks where curation is a major time suck, and to what benefit?
There's a sweet spot where the output enhances your life.
And then after that you are spending too long editing videos for the casual entertainment of uncaring viewers - while diluting or damaging the experiences you are living through.
It might even become an obsession or addiction, being unable to have a meal in a restaurant without the urge to share it on Instagram, or critique the establishment like some kind of guru.
None of this is healthy, and the ONLY winners are UA-cam (etc).
Personally I would prefer a video once a month with real news & insights, the reality of life is, it ain't that interesting! You can't be up all the time, and especially long haul, you deserve a rest.
If you want to post frequently, bite size is enough. A community image, a quiz, a short.

@@jonr6680 I appreciate the sharing of your wisdom~ this is a good reminder!
Luckily I get to archive my practice here as a hobby, and no stress is caused as a result 🍀
To put your mind to rest (and anyone else who is wondering), I use very little time to put together these videos, and enjoy the conversations that follow afterwards the most. They are however very important for me as a method of reflection, hence I find myself pulling out my phone to record thoughts even as the jet lag is kicking in:) ☀️
