Looks so good. The rice is it freshly cooked or 1 day old from fridge?

Belachan fried rice is an interesting twist to regular fried rice. Lol, i can't even handle a quarter piece of any chilli let alone bird's eye and you added in 12 whole pieces. A sure date at the A & E for me. You have an amazing tolerance for spicy. Maybe one day you'll have a video featuring the use and consumption of the world's spiciest chilli - Carolina Reaper, if you can get your hands on some. Don't know if you can tahan or not! 🤣😂

็Hi Pretty Catmint. Thank you for the complement. I do suffer from eating too spicy food sometimes but I really love chilli, eat and cry and drink cold water and continue eating' enjoy the suffering LOL. I always get scolding from my family if I cook too spicy food 🤣🤣🤣. Actually my spicy tolerance level is very much lower that most Thai people from Thailand. Some people in Thailand (my elder sister is one of them) makes Somtam can not even see the papaya but the whole plate is full of chilli. I heard about the Carolina Reaper and saw some video clips of Carolina Reaper eating competition. It's crazy and I don't think I want to try that chilli as it could burn the whole digestion system in just small amount of it. 😁😁
