I'm simply combatting your double standard you have set here regarding drug usage: "You cannot casually use such a hard drug".
Literally no difference between cocaine or meth or crack. They are all pretty much equally as terrible and chemically dangerous for you. Cocaine is just considered "glamorous" or a party drug... So its held on this pedestal.
Well guess what, I have known plenty of people who have used meth casually or occasionally in party scenarios (I never have, I already struggle with anxiety and the thought of trying it just throws me in to panic). But I have witnessed it be a total social, casual drug to never be touched again or "not till next time"- months later.
I also have a couple friends in the gay community who would smoke meth with their grindr dates, because they liked being high and having sex. Which would make sense that he COULD use it occasionally. After all, Joe Exotic is gay, likes it his way and has shown he likes to manipulate his sexual prospects with drugs and empty promises.
