Unfortunately as of update CCS 11.15 this exploit no longer works due to zombie spawns at exfils being heavily reduced. I will post a new video on the fastest way to level up your guns within this week so be sure to stay in the loop by subscribing!

Unfortunately not which I find to be rather dumb honestly. All zombies, no matter the tier, only gives 20 XP per kill

No, although it's best to exfil near the end for bonus XP and to keep anything you acquired during your deployment.
