Actually, BOBA was the first clone. Jango was the progenitor of the Clones, he himself wasn't a clone
Wait… Izumi is quirkless, but sent a blast of wind, or energy at the Sludge Villain? This means one of 3 things. 1: Late Bloomer. 2: Force Sensitive. Or 3: Somewhere in Between 1 and 2.
There's no Force in this series so there's no Jedi. She was just a late bloomer.
