i actually really appreciate how horikoshi handled all that. he could have easily made mirio some kind of rival to deku where deku feels like he constantly has to prove to others that he deserved ofa more than mirio did. he could have made them have some kind of pseudo-antagonistic relationship, but instead he made mirio extremely heroic and deserving of ofa (even made him kinda similar to all might in his appearance and personality) and in so doing illustrates that there's not one archetype of a hero. deku and mirio are both deserving even though they're pretty different. we love mirio and root for him and feel for him but that doesn't make us like deku any less and i like that nuance.
I always wondered, if he had a suit made of his hair so that it permeates with him, surely he could get some clothes also made from his hair or at least his underwear so that when he permeates he isnt totally nude
