I hope you guys traded bikes for a bit, so you can see how superior European bikes are for more technical riding. Megs will definitely be running mousses, or at least Tubliss with very lower pressure too. The right setup will help you greatly in this sort of stuff. You'll still struggle to keep up with Megs though, she is a very good rider and ridiculously fit
