I am glad that your scanner is working and hope you don't need their customer support, it is the worst customer service EVER. Have you tried contacting their ONE MAN Customer Support SHOW in the US? He lables his emails "Mr. Barnett", he respnds once and then stops, does not read the emails but spits out one email with general instructions. The SD Card on my Icarsoft MBII was corrupted, I spent a week sending emails to this Barnett character and no help whatsoever. I am throwing this piece of junk and getting something more reliable. Bad mistake buying this product.

My i carsoft cr max arrived today from amazon. Carried out the setup and software update which was a simple process.
Plugged it into a astra and a leon to get a feel of the tool. Scanning for faults worked fine the extra services like injectors tpms etc were all coming up as unsupported. Then plugged it into a auris hybrid it wasnt able to carry out the auto vin scan notification came up to input manually entered toyota it asked for the model, auris wasnt on the list so entered corrolla after inputting all info the cr max didnt recognise the 66 plate auris hybrid.
All 3 vehicles were uk eu spec. My 7 year old foxwell recognises the auris and here is the latest tool from i carsoft which has failed miserably.
Thank god amazon have 30 day return policy its going back.
Is there any benefit buying the BMM V3.0 for BMW than buying the CR MAX ? For example more specific functions for bmw cars?
hi I watch your videos then I bought an icarsoft cr max. I am very happy with it and use it in the workshop. I can recommend people. I've made a video of it, it's out on UA-cam.
I can't even contact the shop you promote in your video's to ask questions as they don't have a contact number on their web site .
Also they don't even bother to answer your questions on face book. Not sure about Diagnostic World at all what help would they be with a faulty product if you can't reach them by phone??

Two questions:
1. What is the time lag between new vehicle releases and those vehicles being included in updates to these scan tools?
2. Does the time lag vary from country to country? I am in Australia.
Can we have a CR MAX vs MAXIDAS 808 comparison please, one advantage I can see with the
CR MAX straight away is that future updates are free of charge vs the Autel which charge for updates after 12 Months of use.
Also there is a CR MAX BT, Though looking at the two units specs they are the same, so
would like to know if there is that BT dongle available for the standard
CR MAX which would be another advantage point.
Can the cr max be charged from obd port instead of separate charger?
I bought the CR Max because of the amazing service functionality. I then tried the video quoted DPF regen and the unit brings up a warning no can do message. Apparently smoke generated could be a safety issue for other road users so it won't let you do it. Left me a little disappointed and wondering how many other advanced options end in a no can do message.
I bought the pro £35₩...computer just says no.
I watch a mechanic do it on a Diesel truck and he did it on a middle of the parking lot away from hazard it generate like 900 degrees Fahrenheit temp under the truck and it make a lot of loud noise like it ready to explode. I think it is a process of cleaning the exhaust system.
@@raymar2535 yeah dpf regen is used to clean the diesel particulate filter, it does this by heating up the exhaust to burn off any particulates with in the filter the car usually does this by itself automatically but handy to have if your doing a thorough clean

It does DPF REGEN in general, but unfortunately depends on what can you’re using it on. Not all the cars/makes are supported.

Hello, It Says it has Lifetime Free Updates... But, that terminology can mean so many things.... So does that Mean you have Free Lifetime All Vehicle Support Without a Yearly Subscription?? Alot Of Other Manufacturers Say the same but its only for the internal OBD2 Software More like Software Version Update... But Manufacturer Feature Use/Support Features are not Free... So is that the same situation with this one? I Primarily bought it because of this so called Free Lifetime Update...
I did not hear or see anything about how much memory either one of them have , Also do the updates take up memory space ?

I own several brand cars.. Looking for the best bang for the money.. This Max looks good, but what’s it’s limitations? I don’t see anything for injectors & coding 🤔.. What can I get if I’m willing to spend a bit more ? I’m in the USA 🇺🇸. I can’t open any of your links...😏
By the autel ultra it will teach you even how to do things and coding and all that

They not willing to giving any answer to you, because they selling that type of products, which town very familiar about fake/counterfeit many different type products: China - Shenzhen obd2 and other tools - just check the news how much fake units they make every years - now many USA and Europian companies moving away from china their manufactures because in china will be happening something ... - too much liars will fighting against liars *its can and will be interesting and exciting*

hyundai ioniq 2017 = No.. No Ioniq at all.. but my 35$ bluetoof phone scanner do find it...

Dude c'moon you didn't show us nothing! There is no use for any of those fancy icons "Dpf regen, auto vin, abs bleeding" etc. if they don't work or they are not supported.. This guy is a scam! Lot of talking not any real life examples of the tool working like it should.. Don't ask me why! Think about it.
