Got to be the best video for this truck that I've seen so far. Hits all the high points and change points so much better than any other I've seen so far. Nice job man.
I placed my order in March 15 with my build sheet. Got a notification it went to production today and I'll get in around 7 weeks including transit. Wonder why everyone's is varying so much??? I ordered a fully loaded at4 with a 3.0
@Gatlin Brown massage seats or only avalible in the AT4x from what I understand. But yes mine should have the heated and cooled. They're shipping all the trucks without the heated and cooled and installing the chip when the dealership receives it. Something about a chip shortage. It should be received in order of vehicle bought.
I reserved my order for a 2022 Refresh AT4 3.0 Diesel back in October on the first day of the release at 9am. A little over a month later I was able to put together the build and put my order in the que without even knowing the overall price. A couple of weeks ago my order was finally accepted but the build has not even been started yet to my understanding. I know that I'm one of the first in line because I was told so by the dealership. I ordered mine in Summit White to keep things simple and navigated the best I could around add-on features that could potentially be facing a shortage of sorts. My point is, if you're just now getting around to putting in your order for a refreshed 2022 AT4, don't expect to be getting one until after you start seeing them driving on the road.
Same story as me except with a ‘22 Denali Ultimate. Just told it’ll be a 2023 model year and I won’t see it until this time next year. Very first order after doing the online reservation at a very large dealership in a very big city.
Time frame on how long it’s gonna take? I built mine today 6.2L but now I’m thinking I should change to duramax. Inventory manager wasn’t in so hopefully I’ll hear back tomorrow
@@gregallen1 my truck arrived about 2 weeks after this post. So far the diesel is amazing and I'm averaging about 31mpg's! Still great power and towing but it's still not a monster V8
Nicely done. Say hey to Ian, anxious to get mine. On models with the entry button on all 4 doors, I would activate the rear door button to unlock all 4 doors with one push. And I’d use the driver door button if it’s just me to unlock the driver door only. If the buttons are gone from the rear doors, how do I unlock all 4 doors with one push? Does the Google map show up in the HUD? And I’d guess if you’re using Apple Maps, that would NOT show any info in the HUD?
Hey William! Thank you! I will be sure to say hey to Ian for you. For the locking/unlocking of the doors, if you double click the button, that will lock/unlock all 4 doors. If you click just once, it will only send a command to the driver's door. The Google Map will not show up on the HUD, just the turn-by-turn directions (when you've entered a destination).
Great quick review! Definitely a good looking truck. Any idea how much it would cost to have the grille painted onyx black to color match? The black chrome looks good on the black, but I believe I’d like to get mine painted to match the vehicle. Thanks!
@@dustinn7014 I wanted white but it was going to take around 6 months. They already had a fully loaded black one on order so I went with that. Should have it at the end of April
Seeing this 2022 interior...its laughable to think dealers are still pricing the 2020/2021 models anywhere above $50k. Feel bad they still gotta move those trucks with 2000s interior
Any idea to as why GM didn’t let the ZR2/AT4X get the Duramax as an option? Hard to see how they managed to give the Colorado ZR2 the option but not for the full sized
Did the side steps change for the refreshed model? The VXW: LPO high clearance that was part of the carbon pro package for the limited model looked much better to me than the ones on this truck.
Sport mode has been removed from newer ecm selections. Some trucks had the sport mode option shown on the screen but the selector would skip it. Consult with dealer obviously.

Wow! I'm impressed with this one, except...... GMC, why is the stitching red, but the color on the seats is tan? Wouldn't it look better if that was red? 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️
Does it have the G80, second battery tray, 2nd gas tank,12v receptacle or more ground clearance? You left out so much stuff and talked about meaningless crap.
Why the heck we should talk to lug🍌gle to do something with the airconditioner ??😲???🐪🗑! ? Is that counts as self consideration for owner or other person to "make" lug🍌gle receives records and exact timming for each voice order?
The host did an excellent job explaining everything. The best job of ANY host todate. Thank you!
