Love the truck. Biased since I received a white, 3.0, AT4, all packages, different running boards 27mpg @70mpg @42psi tires, interstate miles on 500 mile trip. She’s sensitive mpg wise on the hills and with any wind. I suspect low 20’s mpg in city. Color HUD is awesome, TIP by unpolarized sunglasses they won’t distort the brightness of the image. Google wifi works great. Seats are better IMHO.
Shifter is a little wonky to get used to. I suspect 20 years from now. We would shift forward to go forward and pull back to reverse. That’s what I find myself doing (even though GM has kept it in a traditional shift pattern R-N-D-L
Check your heat shield exhaust hardware. Several of mine were loose,
There’s a hose that sticks out/exposed forward of the first plastic skid plate on mine that needs addressed.
I could go on.

The electric telescoping/tilt wheel is a nice touch to fine tune resting my arm on the arm rest and reaching the cruise control effortlessly. (I like efficiency). Intelibeam is nice at night, keep the windshield camera area clean for peak performance of the beam and adaptive cruise if equipped.
We just ordered our 2022 2500 AT4 Forest Green, we cant wait to get it. Hopefully in October.

Well the 22's have been finally arriving at dealerships for the past few weeks.
I am planning to purchase the 1500 2022 AT4 this year. I noticed that you can choose the power-adjustable vertical trailering mirrors to the half-ton Silverado but do not see this option for any of the half-ton Sierras when you build & price. Are they not available for Sierras?
May have already answered this. Can you put a 2”-3” leveling kit on the new 2023 AT4? So that 33’s can put on without cutting or modify the factory suspension

I got it in Titanium Rush Metallic, sight unseen. I hope I love it after having plain black for 3 trucks now. Can’t wait to see it!! Keep up the good work!!

@@BrianMello Hey Brian, I saw the Titanium Rush on another UA-cam video and the purple and blue tones in the light scared me off. I wasn't expecting that at all. The metallic looked nice but I'm not into the purplish color, so unfortunately, I went back to black! I guess you'll be videoing just another black AT4. lol
Looking now at the AT4's impossible to find a standard bed configuration. May just order. How's the paddle shifters work. Can you actually hold a selected gear like Ford or just lock out a gear. Simply put if I choose to stay in lets say 7th gear and apply throttle is it going to down shift anyway?

I’m trying to decide between the diesel or the 6.2. What do you think? There aren’t any available for a test drive.
Just pre ordered an AT4 single cab (regular cab) for my brother which I heard you guys don't get them in the US which is weird, and also pre ordered AT4x for me, sadly it would take a very long time to get here in Dubai, and according to the sales person it would takes months to get here and my brother's AT4 might reach first and I'll receive my AT4x at a later time 😂 we both got the 6.2L since fuel here is cheaper than diesel.
I have not seen one of these in silver yet. Waiting on my quicksilver AT4 order to get accepted by GM
If you get the lockable center consul safe does that delete the cell phone charger?

Is that factory tint on the rear door glass? Why can't they put a slow open release on the upper glove box? Other than that, great truck, too bad they still can't sell me one with all the parts on it...soon hopefully.

I reserved in late November and built in February 10, the website still says "Your order has been submitted by your dealer but not accepted by GM"

Sometimes it depends on the dealers allocation. I know we've been quoting people 5 months to be safe for a delivery time line.
My dealer told me 3-4 months for my at4x white, red wasn’t even available to order, but still takes a week for the order to even go through. It’s a long wait.
I like that’s your dealership is not greedy and taking advantage of this situation that’s going on , I tried to buy a Camaro ss and they wanted to charge me 5k over sticker ridiculous

Can you switch the RPM and MPH on the gauge cluster? Waiting on mine almost exactly like this but with 20" wheels! I'm use to RPM on left and MPH on right.
You can’t unfortunately - you noticed this as well. Every GM vehicle I’ve owned had the tachometer on the left! First thing I looked for in the settings. Maybe a future update???
The 20” wheels are hideous for the AT4. If you’re buying this truck you get the 18’s. Plain and simple. Better looking wheel and more capable tire.
Agree; only 2 stock wheel options for refreshed.
I like like the price point for what your getting.
The new front end looks so much better. They smoothed it out, the last front end for both Chevy and GMC looked too aggressive, hard edges and bold body lines. Like the new headlights too.
What in the world did they do with the 12v outlet?? So much for my radar detector

Hey Tim, ordering process is pretty straight forward. I usually recommend everyone hits the GMC online configurator (build & price), so you can build out the truck to exactly what you want. When you're done with that you can save the build. Then you can just email us the build, and we'll get in contact with you to add it into our order bank. Right now we're telling everyone to expect a wait time of around 5 months before the truck arrives.
What's the towing capacity?

My local dealer in Michigan has a refreshed Elevation in stock right now. Looks sharp!

I noticed the front and rear bumper dont have any sensors in them. I ordered a refreshed SLT Jan 25. If those sensors are missing I won't take it home. Some missing items can be added later by the dealer but there is no way they are adding those sensors in the bumpers.
The truck in this video doesn't have the sensors, they aren't missing....just not part of this build.
What size fuel tank does it have? 26 gallons maybe??
Thanks for the video. I have a question that my dealer can't seem to answer. Can you add the 2 inch lift of the at4 to a Denali Ultimate? GM seems to sell a lift for the Denali but not for the Ultimate. I ask because the Ultimate has Super Cruise which may mess up if lift. the Forums were silent on this too. Anyone??? Thanks.
I'm sure there will be an aftermarket solution to lift the Ultimate, not sure about the effects on Supercruise. We will have to wait and let someone else be the guineapig haha
wish you could get the ext cab with the 6.2
I see the sticker shows active fuel management but retro fit for the heated steering wheel. Since most people don't want active fuel management can you in theory switch the chips so the heated steering wheel works?
why do you think the same chip is used for these 2 features?

Did this come with parking sensors and do the front and rear heated and ventilated seats work?
Wow I just noticed there are no parking sensors! My AT4 is supposed to arrive in 2 weeks. I'm going to be pissed if it does not have this basic feature when my friends new Ford and ram has them. This is a vital feature when parking a large truck in tight spots!
@@Jasonmbartley I would assume if you ordered it with all the packages it would come with parking sensor option. I’m Canada I priced an at4 fully loaded and the heated and ventilated seats aren’t available. My guess is due to the chip shortage bs. I wouldn’t order a 70k plus truck in 2022 without missing these features. Will wait a bit for all the features to be available before ordering.
Front and rear parking sensors are “available” on the ATX according to the GMC website and are included in the Safety Plus package. Thus, they aren’t standard, but should be in my opinion for a vehicle that expensive.
This truck was not optioned with sensors, the guy who ordered it didn't care about them.
I want the AT4X. LOL. I forget if the AT4X has those orange inserts. I hate those. Or was it the white interior? There should be more color options for the interior. Hopefully cards don't fall out of that card slot. Lol. I'd rather wait til they have the panoramic sunroof.
They should make an option for kalahari seats and trim with black accents. Not everyone wants almost all black interior.

Gee, for that price I would expect my truck to have the self driving option. I had that cash with me starting this year and it was very hard for me not to buy myself a brad new truck, I decided to purchase a land.

You can just order an AT4 and then order Denali wheels to put on it.

Do you have to have pay for the Google based infotainment system.
As an owner - you get 3 years free - this will be an optional data rate plan after your 3 years expires, WiFi google services runs the maps/navigation AND the truck is a WiFi hotspot (cellular backed) that supports up to 7 devices works good, UA-cam with 2 users didn’t bog us down.

Denali less than a year old. Nothing worked, so I applied for emergency service, but the dollar only told me to wait 2 months. What do you have to ride in the meantime... this is the reality gmc customer services

The new screen looks like the jolly green giant’s cell phone. They couldn’t Integrate it into the dash better? Is there space behind it towards the passenger side? Also the sunroof looks to be the exact same as my ‘06. Where’s the panoramic sunroof like Ford and Dodge have?

I went the other way. Crossed over to the dark side and ordered a Ford Bronco Raptor in Code Orange and fully loaded. If Chevy can’t give me what I want I’ll just keep my old D-Max and play with my new summer toy.
If you’re buying a pickup truck and no panoramic sunroof is a deal breaker for you then you don’t even *need* a pickup truck.

good luck with that, lucky if you have chip by Oct. Think.... when the chips come in, do you think the trucks that are not sold or the trucks that are sold are going to have priority from GM? Yours is sold, GM got their money from you already {or from the bank}... GM is going to install these chips in the unsold ones first.

No locker button. Only the X model. AT4 comes with the G80 locker

It’s only 66k lol so much for the average joe owning one
Would be a great buy pre covid these Have a 19k mark up here in cali 78k msrp so that's 97k plus 8k in fees 107k out the door 116k for the denali and 85k for a SLT ITS INSANE
No mark ups at my dealership....can always buy from us and have the truck shipped to you. Little more work, but it will certainly be less expensive than CA mark ups!

@@BrianMello drove the new Yukons with the 3.0 diesel liked it but it didn’t come in the at4 trim. So we picked it up with the 5.3 and love the sound but gas mileage is ok for a big SUV. With how gas prices are going 3.0 diesel is looking mighty nice right now and not willing to go to electric especially if we do travelling.
I have the 22 Refreshed Sierra AT4 with 3.0 diesel and I'm loving it.
@@elunknown956 nice man! Having over 1000km to a tank sounds really appealing to me with the way gas prices are going these days! Just not a huge fan of how crazy prices of trucks are though lol
I've been getting about 550 miles per tank which is not as good as I thought I would do but way better than when I had my 2019 AT4 with 6.2. That one would give me about 370 miles on a tank.
