The arches are still there, so it's in pretty good shape for a northern car. You can replace doors quite easily, it is probably harder to find a rust free door lol. If it were me, I would continue to undercoat the car with fluid film every year, and also I did notice surface rust on the metal lid piece in front of the radiator so perhaps clean that and take care of that before it becomes worse, maybe spray some rust reformer on that. Great purchase overall!
