Jab ap aram se 1600 km Bagan shuru karte uske bad mein 1600+ few sprint bhe lagana shuru karo. Good luck for army selection. Bhai training program mein adjustable bahut tarike se kar sakte hai individual requirements ke upar.

      @@minkusangwan1361 bhai chinta Matt Karo, shin pain jab hoti hai tab hum bahut jyada running karte hai matalab Recovery ke liye hum time nahi dete body ko. Tum kya Karo thoda rest karlo lagbag 1 week keliye aur jab tum practice shuru karte ho bahut jyada Matt Karo jitna aap ki body kar sakti hai Utna hi Karo Har ek insan ki capacity alag hoti hai, dhere dhere practice jyada Karo.
      Week mein 2 to 3 times 2.5 km bago aur 2min rest kar ke speed se 400 m bagho, uske baad ek 100m bagho aur 3 day 1600m practice Karo.
      1 / 2 day rest karlo. Recovery bahut important hai Roj practice Matt Karo week mein 2 rest Karo.
      Ek aur bhaat, Mai bhi fitness mein Hu, ee fitness hai na e jaldi improve nahi hoti isko time bhahut lagati hai. Jaisa ki muscle (body) banane keliye 8 to 10 saal lagti hai.
      Patience ke saath running practice Karo.
      Abs exercises bhi Karo vo bahut important hai running keliye. Jab tum running practice nahi karte hai uss time strength training Karo Jaisa ki squat, lunges, pull ups, push ups.
      Keep practicing one day u will be master in running.
      Muje jitna Pata hai utna Bola hu.
      Diet mein roj egg kao...
