So I bought this pillow this week, and I noticed that the clasp is not magnetic. So I believe they stopped using the magnetic clasp and have switched to a normal clip. Still adjusts the same way though.
Hi there yea i was just wondering when i fall asleep in my rocking chair my head falls forward and aslo off to the side so idk would that cool neck pillow work for me or should i get the taller sided one whats ur opinion i mean i want the very best for my money ya know and ty for reviewing the cool neck pillow
I personally found that my neck barely moved with the S3 or the Original vs the Cool. The Cool is definitely "cooler" to the touch and breathable but the foam just isn't as firm and my head definitely fell to the side more frequently. I hope that helps!
Hi thank you again! I really enjoy the cool feature I tested one in a rush in a airport shop than I began searching for the brand and found that in Portugal I can only buy them on airports... I've been messaging cabeau support and they helped me with airport shop contacts and also with a Spanish website as their amazon shop is ridiculous expensive... They also offered to send it to me but from the US I would have to pay customs taxes... So I will order from that Spanish site but I'm still deciding between s3 and cool... We travel only twice a year (long trips in vacation) firstly I was thinking of cool for me (181cm) and s3 for my wife (160cm)but now I see she has a very short neck and probably the opposite choice will be better! Although it looks few support the cool one .. What do you recommend? Thank you so much from Portugal!
The Cool is actually about .5" taller but the softer foam really makes it feel a lot less "neck brace" like than the Original or the S3. I think it'll end up being a personal preference once you get it on (sorry to say that) but shorter necks will probably appreciate the Cool over the other two simply because it won't be as overwhelmingly supportive. Does the Spanish site offer a return policy or trial period if you don't like it?

As I told you first ideia was the cool for me and the evolution s3 or normal to my wife but with your advice and her short neck probably we would swap the strategy! Although I am a very warm person and I hate heat, I always trave with shorts and t-shirt no matter when and my wife needs a lot of support due to neck swollen... So we are completely different! Ah and she is always cold! Lol.. Hard to decide! Regarding the shop I didn't check it yet I only saw pictures on cabeau website and their support service told me which store sells inside the airport so I can ask them if they have exactly what I want and reserve it for me. They also gave me the website I told you which sells in Europe as I can't buy on cabeau amazon shop for the double of the price and coming from US it stucks on customs and I have to release a tax... The 360 doesn’t mean you can wear it all the way around. It means it gives all around support.
