Fully agree on the stalker and catapult. Night Star I like, but the cost is certainly a killer if you begin losing components. Victor, specifically the hero variant, is my favorite mech to pilot. With two MP lasers, SRM 6, ER PPC, and the holy gauss it has great sustained firepower or can soften targets from range. The respectable speed combined with jump jets for pop shots makes it a big winner for me. Sadly, that is only for the hero variant for me.
I love me an objectively correct tier list that I'll disagree with half of. Reactor online. Sensors online. Weapons online. All systems nominal. Let's do this. I'll forgive your mislabeling of several 'mechs here. But I know where that Wolverine goes, and you better too... Your rating for the Quickdraw gives me hope. Almost nobody has any respect for that 'mech, but it's a solid brawler.
Warhammer above Black Knight is certainly a take. Warhammers just donate arms, and have awful hardpoints. Black Knights have much better hardpoints, and don't lose arms very often. As an Atlas fan, that's fair. It has okay hardpoints. It's difficult to make a good long range Atlas. Short range it wrecks everything, but it needs to get there first. It's why the Boar's Head is so popular. The extra speed helps a ton. Unfortunately Boar's Head has mostly arm weapons.
This guy is shitting on all my favorite mechs. Lol. I get it though zombie mechs are good but I tend to kill or outmaneuver my targets before ever having to worry about losing components. The Battlemaster, Marauder II, Marauder, Black Knight, Shadow Hawk, Pheonix Hawk and Thunderbolt are all beloved mechs. In their own right. I am really surprised you didn't like the Marauders. Both are excellent direct fire support mechs. The Battlemaster and black Knight have a few variants that could be used in direct fire support as well.
