    I’m on my 5th bottle of Nutrafol and I have experienced no shedding after 3 months of taking Nutrafol. I do have androgenic alopecia and get steroid injections every 2 months. My hairline is starting to come in. My dermatologist takes pictures and I see improvement. I don’t know if I will purchase Nutrafol again. I bought 6 bottles on my fort order to give it a fair chance. I get trim’s every 3 months. I am not loosing any more hair, but my edges are not long. I will finish the Nutrafol and decide. I hope your hair improves. Take the four pills by splitting it up in 2 doses.

      I think it’s an improvement that you are not experiencing any shedding. January will make it one month since I’ve stopped applying lace frontal to my hairline. I do see a lot of growth. I also use the serum daily and that helps a lot. I started with taking two pills daily because I was a little afraid of side effect (acne etc.) I have a few left on my first bottle and I will do an update on it once the fist bottle is complete

    I'm so sorry to say this. But, everything your are using isn't going to help until you give up the added hair.
    I am saying this from experience.
    I am not saying the thinning can't be from other factors such as health. But, I haven't heard you say anything about any health issues all your efforts seem to be on the health of your hair.
    There is no other option other than to let the added hair go.
    Save your money.
    I say it all with love young sistah❤️

      Thank you but my focus is on my hairline and I stop using lace frontals. And weave on my hairline. April have you started experiencing hair loss again I see in your profile picture you have on extensions/ or a wig.? The body wave looks good on you. Happy holidays.

      @@kassie21ism hello beautiful.
      My profile photos is over three years old now. Thank so much for the lovely compliment.
      I have since ditched the wigs it's been two years since and my hair has not grown back around my hair line.
      I do have Hope though.
      As much as I love added hair and wigs I just knew that I could not wear them every day if I want to repair my thinning hair line and maintain the health of my hair.
      I wish you well🙏🏿

      @@NewYorkNaturals Hi April, How do you wear your hair? I'm wearing just hairbands, no extra hair but I'm tired of the hairbands, 🥺I need lots and lots of wraps. Thanks

    • @NewYorkNaturals
      @NewYorkNaturals Рік тому +2

      @@walkinthewoods981 good morning, beautiful! I wear lots and lots of head wraps, yes!!! While wearing wraps I use a sateen scarf or beanie underneath because wraps tend to be a bit harsh on the hair. I love cute hats with big hoop earrings, that's the New Yorker in me... lol I protective style by adding chunky two strand twist to the hair and I try to leave the hair alone outside of scalp massaging every night with stimulating oils. What ever you decide make sure it's all tension free. Headbands seem to still add tension to my fragile hairline so I stay away from them. But, I tell you no lies head wraps have been my saving grace I love the traditional African patterns. I mostly get mine from fabric stores.
      I hope this all will help you and feel free to ask me anything. 😊

      I live in Florida. Have you seen my juicing videos form about a few months ago I did one on burdock roots I used to get it at my local Whole Foods. They no longer have it. Does it help promote hair growth also? Do you drink it or apply it to the hair ?

    You definitely need too take 4 pills to see the growth.

    • @kassie21ism
      @kassie21ism  Рік тому +4

      Not really I’m seeing results. Maybe not as progressive as in comparison to taking 4 pills instead of two a day. Slow and steady will win this race. I also use the hair growth serum by nutrafol once a day. Thanks for the advice I will consider it.

    Sorry sis, you goin to have to give up the WEAVE AND HEAT. It's inter fearing with PROGRESS.
    Also be sure to take care of your scalp. Your hair is like a PLANT it needs water, OXYGEN and , LIGHT to GROW.
    The scalp should be watered frequently and hair OXYGEN , which weaves interfere with.
    Do the BASICS WATER AND OXYGEN.

      @@kassie21ism I think you misunderstand. Im talking about making sure you keep the scalp MOISTURISED WITH WATER. NEVER LET IT GET DRY. SO this is just adding water alone with a spray bottle ofter every 2 to3 days. Keepins scalp clean witj shampoo once a week is ok too. But be sure to add water in between washing with shampoo.
      Remmeber WATER WATER WATER. Keep a spray bottle of water ( preferably the filtered water).
      Also DRINK IT AS WELL.
      Keep scalp and hair moisturised.
      Sistahs have water on hair but I literally spray my scalp and hair every 2 days.

      I took them for about 4 months and it really did work. It helped me a ton with stress and feeling calm. I stopped taking them 8 months ago and I am experiencing soooo much hair loss probably stress induced. The pills helped control my stress from the inside and without taking them, I was stressing out and not controlling my stress which has led to hair loss. My hair is still growing, I have a lot of new baby hairs so I am grateful for that, but please control your stress!
