i moved from head elite pro 375g to softer and lighter nox AT10 12k 365g just because of constant pain in my wrist... it helped and i play with less power but smarter (strategically) and get better results :D Now looking to head extreme one with 345g as an option!
I placed golf weights on my technical veron that now weighs 391g, and it is smooth as silk instead. But I play tennis, so I am used to heavy swingweights
If you watch Leal play you can see that most of his smashes are extremely topspin heavy which makes sense in terms of what you said - Lighter racket makes it easier to add spin. Galan seems to hit hard "flat" smashes which would make sense with his heavier racket. Just look at how high the ball bounces off the glass when they smash, Leals fly to the moon after the rebound!
In some bullpadel rackets and adidas rackets one can change the weight with extra weight. A study about that can be interesting. Chingotto, Di Nenno, Paquito, Tello, !?
@the4setpadel it would be great if you could find out what racket weight the female WPT players play with. Even your male audience will be interest I think!
Hello, dear ones, let you know, your elite version of Padel used the core E VA, has been secretly replaced by the foundry, I hope you will have a good look,
Hola Pablo, is it possible for you to get info on personal balance of the rackets of some of those top players? I wonder if they play 380 grams with high balance for example.
The majority of players play with just 1 overgrip adding less weight in the bttom keeps the balance on top so most of them must have higher balace rackets
@@gabrielme9062 nah that is not the reason. The reason for a thin grip is more freedom of the wrist to get more power and spin. It’s very easy to change the balance of a racket without adding or removing grips
@@the4Set graciaaaaas. It’s actually really interesting in my opinion because for good level amateur players I think we can learn from it. Would be really nice to find out about their weights, balance and even swingweight like in tennis.
I enjoy your content a lot and thanks for the many great videos. But if I can give some criticism. I think you need to focus a bit on your pronounciation. For example "Valance" instead of "Balance" and "Imajine" instead of "Imagine". I think it will help you reach a bigger audiance and open more opportunities for you in the future.
Shit comment. How many languages you speak fluently.. His pronunciation gives it a padel authenticity for us English speakers. Enjoy and embrace the difference my friend

I tried to find a video about different lengths of pedal grips, love your videos hopefully we get a video about that one day !

100% agree!! There are different kind of smashes so one balance or another would be better or worst! Thanks a lot man
@@the4Set do you know if Leal uses the factory specs on his racket i.e. glaphite racket face or has it been modified? 😊

pable, please discuss what kind of ball is used in padel pleaseeee

I think more weight encourages beginners to use the wrist more wore which is not good for ground strokes/vollies
Excellent topic to talk about
Nice video, great advices.. I Just love you❤ byee
Get an Adidas multiweight Raquet and you can customise the weight as you like. That's what l did myself and works like heaven

What is the weight that you personally consider to be a high weight more than 370 for example?
It's super personal but yes! I would say more than 370 it's a heavy racket

I'll try to ask some pro-players and make a video about that! Good idea man!!!

@@Ziyedb Oh yeah I know thats not the reason, what I tried to say is that they all probably play with high balance cause they dont add extra weight
26 cms converts to 10.14 inches
375 grams vonverts to 13.4 ounces
Valance
365 grams converts to 13.04 ounces
