I have actually grown old with Joanday. I have been here since the 365 vlogs.... i was in college at that time and now its been three years since i have been working. Joan your vlogs have always been a continous support for me. When i was at my lowest i used to watch your vlogs and it used to give me so much joy... when i am at my happiest i still watch your vlogs and it gives me joy. Honoring your mom on your birthday is so wholesome and beautiful, it shows your bond and love towards each other! My birthday is on November 6th too and I spent it with my mom taking care of me because of migraines. I felt quite miserable but since I was with my family I was able to bear it lol

(2) For an older dude like myself, it's strange to see a young and beautiful woman of 31 being so concerned with anti-aging already, but I suppose you're right... it's never too early to start. (3) OK, Joan, some tough love here: You really shouldn't be drinking during allergy season. Alcohol releases histamines into the bloodstream and only exacerbates your symptoms. Grain-based alcohol is even worse, but that 🍷 certainly doesn't help. (4) Joandays every Monday in December = the best news of November! 😘

I am so sorry you are not feeling well! Hope your allergies improve soon! I am not sure what allergy medicine you take on a regular basis but I recommend switching it every year (Zyrtec vs xyzal vs Allegra etc) it is very easy to develop a tolerance to allergy medicine if you take it everyday!

I feel you w/the allergies, at least when I was a boy. Fortunately by the time I was in college and working at a golf course (on the green's crew) I had pretty much "grown out of them"!
Jane, I really want to recommand you essential oils. It has helped me a lot to get rid of my allergies. It is better to chooose the the purest one.
