Vincent is an interesting character, he has a strange moral code, he doesn’t like the corrupt cops who are accepting pay to turn a blind eye and help criminals, while also doing the same favor for you. Perhaps he dislikes the people who are in it for the money rather than him turning a blind eye to your activities being done out of you doing him a favor before.
One thing I appreciate about the chop shop vehicle robberies is you get to use your weapons all the way through. I’m not a fan of be able to use them on every mission except the finale. The concept of being able to switch load outs in the middle of the heist is cool(assuming you got all 3) but I grinded to get mark II weapons. Let me use them.

I agree. Do not set it to hard if you can't handle the heat. There is a normal and easy if you want less opposition. I actually like the infinite helicopters when I am feeling bold. 😂
Next update will definitelly be a cop update 99% sure. The reason why i say so is Vincent's sentence during the heist: "you are getting closer to being recruited by the LSPD". Then, once you complete the heist he proceeds to look at a poster (that only appears during that cutscene) that says "are you the future of LSPD? Hiring now". Considering how Vincent always gets screwed over but always improve his positions i wouldn't be surprised if he becomes the head of LSPD later on. Immagine this... he calls you to tell you that he became the head of LSPD and that he needs our help and he also tells us that he deleted all our records and he will delete whatever we will do in the future as long as we will help him with illegal activities inside the LSPD. We can work as actual cops and chase criminals or ask people IDs (something similiar to LSPDFR) but that will work as front for whatever we will do for Vincent (which can be stealing drugs, cars or guns from gangs and sell what we have stolen). Notice that everytime a character says that we should be recruited or do something that we cannot do already we always end up doing that specific thing in the following update. An example is Ron during the smuggler's run resupply mission inside the penitentiary... if you don't get spotted by the guards he will say "i am surprised the IAA haven't recruited you already" and in the following update we ended up working for IAA (Doomsday heist).

Micheals whole story is that he faked his death, only motherfuckers who have a vendetta against that would be: Brad- Dead, Trevor - who understands, Steve - whose dead. Anyone who hates Micheal Townley would’ve known Micheal died in North Yankton. If anyone should want that boat back, itd be Jimmy. If we really wanted a DLC about his boat then it makes sense for it to be: Jimmy wants to prove himself again to his dad, showing him that he’s just like him and took the opportunity to find his boat as a way to tell his dad that he “grew as a person” while also being a satire of people not learning their mistakes and repeating the mistakes.

The non-stop enemies spawns are really annoying in this new DLC, but the one thing I don't get is why Rockstar let's us players have to get weapons untraceable but the game is over 10 years old us the players should have the option of untraceable weapons and vehicles or not to use any of it us the players shouldn't be worried about it since we the players did pretty much everything in the game

For setup 3, you only need to go to one of the locations i think and that's it, that's why you keep dropping one equipment while picking up the other.
No, he realized his mistake. You need to drop each pair after every location. But you are right. Only one is required with the other 2 being optional.
