In my humble opinion this is the best track guide. Built in splinter guard, support for saw at beginning and end of cut. Missing only one thing I can see, a way to lock saw against the track to prevent "drift" away from guide. Easily solved using the "guide" usually supplied with the saw from manufacturer. Excellent guide system, thanks Hammersound.

The clamp mechanism is perfect for use with CNC Routers. I also like that the stops have pivoting faces.
I like your clamping mechanism but your guiding solution means you can't use your saw without your ruler anymore. The way I prefer is to have a second board glued on top of the first and have the side of your saw's plate run against it. Your first cut trim's the bottom board, so no you can just lay it where you want your cut. Plus you can use a thinner board for the bottom and not loose to much depth
This. Definitely this. I was going to add this to my comment before I saw yours. There's no reason at all to have that board attached to the saw, and several reasons not to have it there.

Gives up a lot of depth of cut. I prefer a thin piece of plywood with a thin straight edge attached. Trim the plywood with a first pass. Then put the cut edge of your base plywood on your marks. Very accurate when mounted on the keeper side of the cut. If you wander away from the fence you can take another pass. The thin plywood also reduces tear out. You can screw it to the non show side further reducing circular saw tear out in the show side.
I do like the clamp mechanism design, but yeah, the rest of it could be done better.

это не прижимной , а упорный ,
типа для того того чтобы всегда прижимался всей площадью , а не частью.
( но я тот ещё сварщик)
Исполнение этого элемента подвижным обеспечивает его максимальное прилегание к торцевой плоскости заготовки, даже если она не параллельна противоположной (т.е. если заготовка криво оторцована). Андрей прав, держать будет лучше, к тому же прижимной элемент прослужит сильно дольше - нет нужды лютой затяжки.

Другое дело, что "стол " если эти кóзлы можно так назвать, он быстро измохратит, просто в сторону подвигай, не ленись, и стол целый и всё в порядке будет.

Im not totally sure i get it. Its a neat clamp design, but your use case is on top of the literal dog holes in your bench for the same purpose. Why not show the actual reason you needed to make this clamp jig?

Зачем пропиливать сам стол ? Можно просто обрезки фанеры сверху на него положить и их пропиливать и потом их выбросить.
