both are good location wise, but old buildings. There is sometimes bugs related issues in old construction buildings. Try Blairemore, Kensington, Stonbridge, Willowgrove, Nelson road, all these are really good location wise and newer

blairemore, kensington, hampton on the west. Downtown - bit old houses and appartments but very well connected and less transit time
