There are a lot of neat things about Native First Nation's people. One important aspect is that First Nation's People share with God the same true currency that never loses it's values, God's word and First Nation's people word is the truest currency is priceless. I prefer Native North America be restored to Indigenous law and the plethora of native languages declared the official first languages of each individual native nation. English, French, and Spanish languages unofficial languages and secondary. All First Nations People are a sovereign and should have the absolute authority to return to their traditional form of governance, it is the most honest form of governance and the laws they choose to be governed by are true laws. All First Nations People should have exclusive right of return to their ancient traditional homelands. Non-Native people.who may be allowed to continue to habitat Native North America should be subject to Tribal law according to whose First Nation's People's territory they reside in. Also all foreign citizens who may dwell in any of The First People's Nation's with permission, must learn and speak fluently the language of the First Nation's People's original language where they reside. I hope there may be an opportunity for all First Nations People to join, become members of the Iroquois Federation. The Iroquois Federation being the first true United Nations in North America was very effective in leadership and fulfilled their stated mission within a reasonable amount of time, peace and cooperation among it's member nations, and already fulfilling a prophecy that is to be a true reality for all nation's over the earth. That it will become a tradition of reading and remembering 'The Great Law of Peace' throughout all the nation's true. May this come to be 'for the love of the people.

This development was made possible through the Civil Rights Revolution that allowed indigenous minorities to access academic language and credentials to represent themselves. The modern legal framework for looking at indigenous rights in the post colonial world is finally a reality of the United Nations Rights Of Indigenous Peoples. The indigenous peoples were imposed the religion while expropriated of their lands. There was no international human rights law at that time. The indigenous peoples were stolen, assaulted, raped and reaped. On top of it, they were forced to baptize under threat of being killed. That was the Doctrine Of Discovery that the Europeans imposed to legitimize their perpetration. They abused not only the Native Anericans in the USA, but they went all over the world to destroy indigenous cultures.
That's right ! And it started with Europe's obsession with the Silk Road. The horrors in the Western Hemisphere could not have happened, without this fact, the clash between East and West, which goes back to the Roman and Greek era. Roman coins have been found in the Crimea. Britain tried to take the Crimea in the 19th Century. They lost, but still can't ever be trusted. The rise of the Hard Right proves this kind of thinking is alive and well.

Mr. Echohawk means the laws made,and still enforced, like those residential schools, for example. British Commonwealth. It's basically about the Doctrine of Discovery, and it's still bused in the U.S. The late Ruth Bader Ginsburg ruled against a tribe regarding land claims,back in 2005. This doctrine was cited. Didn't know this until a few days ago. The Oniedas of NY. Here she was, a so- called liberal, ruling against them getting back land that a town there wasn't even using.

True, but it's a step in the right direction ! The longest journey begins with a single step. See, this whole Doctrine of Discovery thing,began long before 1492 and Columbus. It really took me off when spies from the Vatican were sent to the Silk Road to see if it could be taken by force,over land. Europe and Asia are connected by that route. We share the same land mass. The Black and Caspian Seas, plus the Ural mountains are the traditional boundary between them. The Romans and Greeks had this idea first, before there was even a Catholic church at all. They weren't content to actually trade for things. They wanted to take it over militarily. But the area was too harsh to succeed in a land invasion. It had to be by sea,or it couldn't happen. Once Emperor Constantine came to power though,and the Roman " church" created, it was ON. Catholic doctrine is where this idea for conquering came in, as followers of Jesus didn't accept that philosophy. The New Testament forbids killing, slavery, robbery, taking land away from people. You just were supposed to tell people the news of man reconciling with God,via Jesus and his cross. And move on, respecting those you were teaching. And that was IT. The actions of all these European countries and the Catholic church, Protestant churches, are condemned in the chapters of the New Testament. Look it up for yourself. Christian labels were co- opted to be a smokescreen for their crimes. Thanks to the Internet,all these things are coming to light. And the rest of America, and the rest of the world will be witness to all this.
