Bettina, there are so many elements in yr piece that I just love! But I have to say that those mushrooms and the ruffles are quite amazing! I think you did a fine job here after suffering from yr migraine. I am so sorry that you suffer from them. I know a few folks who also have them. It breaks my heart to know they go through so much pain. I always enjoy yr commentary and yr art work! ❤

A lovely piece of work - I think I'd call it Under the Waterfall. Lucky you getting the 100 Luminance pencils - I've got the complete set too, but I bought mine a few at a time over a few years.

So sorry to hear you suffer from migraines and I completely understand why you need a couple of days to recover. I suffer from a rare severe head pain condition too (not migraine) and spend most of my days in a darkened room now as it’s progressively getting worse, so you have my full sympathy. I’ve also had Covid this week too - not a great combination!! Another beautiful painting as per usual - thank you. Hope you’re feeling much better now and I can’t wait to get painting again 💕

Sending you hugs and prayers for your migraines. I have suffered with them since childhood…after getting run over by a car. I have been taking the daily migraine preventative pill called Qulipta. I haven’t had a migraine in over a year. It has given me my life back. Thankfully my doctor gives me samples but some insurance covers it. Definitely something to look into. Just thought I’d share that with you! Thank you for sharing your beautiful art 🥰
This turned out super pretty and I'm down with underwater flowers and mushrooms! We don't know half of what is at the bottom of the oceans so who knows 😂 I'm glad you are feeling better. As a fellow migraine sufferer I know just how it feels to have your life and especially your creativity blocked by the pain, sickness and fuzziness that comes with migraines. I'm a chronic sufferer and get at least 2 or 3 a week and then every couple of months I get a cluster where they are one after the other for 3 to 4 days. When you're not in pain or feeling sick, your in a medication haze! That's why I create relatively little and what I do manage is usually created over a long time! Anyway, glad you're back with and I'm looking forward to "what Bettina does next" ❤

I'm sorry you have migraines. I do too and they are debilitating. I can't do anything when they come on either. Praying you don't have any more. Love this piece today. Sooo beautiful. Hope you have a great pain free week.😊
I get migraines also. They are horrible. I use an ice pack on the back of my neck. It helps relieve some pain because it seems to numb the nerves. Maybe this help.❤

Bettina so sorry to hear regarding migraine. Have you tried putting your hands in ice cold water with ice in them for about 2 to 5 minutes. It has really helped me in last year since we found this holistic cure. Also, 1st thing in the morning for 5 minutes standing bare feet on grass has helped. I do hope it helps if you try them. Beautiful work and lovely colour scheme for background. Thank you for sharing.
